There is a large staff of physical therapists, so no matter your need, age, or ailment, they likely have someone who can help you. Within the same building are numerous specialties beyond PT, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, massage, health psychology, acupuncture, audiology, and genetic counseling. This is very convenient if you need to see multiple disciplines, and everyone I've met is not only an expert in their field, but very friendly as well.

But I have had a lot of pain relief with Via Family chiropractic. I've gone in there several times unable to stand up straight or even walk and I leave standing straight as an arrow without pain. He really doesn't do actual adjustments and seems to rely on just touching spots along the meridians without actually exerting himself. Thinking that he had to get to know my spine and issues, I explained what I felt I needed and gave him multiple tries but the treatments never improved. Found a much more skilled chiropractor who makes the effort to adjust what is clearly out of alignment.

I went to four or five therapists in the Lewiston-Clarkston area and only two are worth mentioning. The therapy department at St Josephs Hospital in Lewiston which I consider fully adequate but then my hands down favorite is Twin Rivers PT in Clarkston. They are skilled, effective, supportive, and while they do take care of business, they give me the impression they aren't in this just for the bucks. Dare I use the word "dedicated". OK so I don't trust 100% reviews either so let's see.... The background music is just off the air and usually sucks. Take your headphones and small radio. Also (compared to other PT places) the women don't dress like they are heading to a cocktail party. OBTW, when your regular therapy program is over you can go back for a very affordable Wellness Program. You are allowed to use the equipment but without the usual therapist's attentiveness. Also, the deal is that you avoid their busy hours. Still, this a really nice touch.
