I would give zero stars if I could…read more My daughter scheduled both a manicure and pedicure in advance, so there should have been no confusion about the services she was booked for. During her appointment, the technician doing her pedicure apparently forgot that she was also scheduled for a manicure. When he realized it, he became visibly frustrated, started working on her nails himself, and then abruptly pushed her off to another employee. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there. The manicure was rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. The polish application is uneven, messy around the edges, and looks nothing like what I would expect from a professional salon. Even more concerning, multiple fingers were cut during the process, causing bleeding around the cuticles. A manicure should never leave a customer bleeding. The lack of care and attention to detail was shocking. Looking at her nails afterward, it was clear that proper cuticle care and polish application techniques were not followed. Extremely disorganized and careless from start to finish. Between the scheduling mix-up, the technician's attitude, being passed from one person to another, the poor quality of the manicure, and the cuts around her nails. What makes this even more upsetting is that my daughter rarely gets her nails done and was excited to have them done for our Hawaiian vacation. Instead of leaving with a positive experience, she left with sore, bleeding fingers. I only wish I had been there to stand up for her and address the situation in the moment. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

She was informative and encouraged me to ask all the questions I needed to. All the horror stories I read online were for the traditional tattoo method. Karly is highly skilled at the SofTap method. Very different from the traditional tattoo method. SofTap is noiseless, non-invasive, and gives clients the most natural look in permanent cosmetics. I got my eyebrows and lips done. Karly used a lot of numbing products so I virtually felt nothing. I almost fell asleep during the process. Karly is a perfectionist and makes sure you look natural and are happy with your look when you walk out the door. She sent me home with a care sheet and ointment for my brows and numbing ointment for my lips. After care is to keep my brows dry for 4 days then use the ointment and numbing cream for 48 hours to keep my lips moist and help with any after pain. Honestly, the only after pain is minor prickly feeling on my lips and brows. Which is essentially no pain at all. I'm def grateful I made the decision to get my lips and brows done with Karly. She's amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Karly!

I felt informed and confident in her professionalism. It was so easy conversing with her. She exudes good vibes, positive energy and has a very gentle caring nature. I felt like I was visiting with a good friend. She is dedicated to sterile practices, gave excellent aftercare instructions and supplied everything needed to promote healing and minimize any risk of infection. I anticipated the likelihood of swelling and a little pain. I tend to have increased inflammation as well as a low tolerance for pain. Much to my surprise I experienced no pain or swelling the day of, or the days following the procedure! It was equally amazing that the healing process was brief without any complications. My brows and eyeliner are even better than I had hoped for. Many people have said they thought my makeup was flawless and had no idea I had permanent makeup done. I love not having to use eyeliner or a pencil for my brows. I wake-up looking like I've already applied my makeup. I wash my face moisturize, use a little tinted lip gloss and I'm ready for the day. I'm so very grateful for the precision of Lori's artistry skills.
