I walked into a…read morefew nail and spa places near Waterford and walked out due to unpleasant greetings and places seemed grungy. I was recommended this place by a friend who has high standards for cleanliness. So I decided to give this place a try. When walking in I was greeted right away by friendly voices. I was in for a mani pedi with a clear coat. After my travels I needed a little self care. Donna was the one who helped me with services. She was friendly, kind, and great conversationalist. I was impressed with the options of pedi massage scents and how clean this place was. It was great hearing the fresh tools being opened. Place was well lit and it was a great experiences. Prices also were not bad.

Nice setup with a dozen massage chairs for pedi and almost as many for manis. They are playing a loop of techno holiday music which is a bit surreal. Like Christmas carols on steroids. Bump-Bump-Bump-Bump. Mrs. E. claims the last polish lasted a month, which I guess is a long time when you work with your hands. They're very fast and do a nice job. Watch the bill at the end, we had an extra service slipped in on this last visit. They had no problem removing the charge and refunding most of the money. 12/25

This nail shop is extremely unprofessional. When you ask a simple question, the staff either act…read morelike they don't hear you or respond as if you're bothering them. I asked how long the wait would be, and the only response I got was, "I don't know," in a very rude and dismissive tone. I had a brand-new full set done in Atlanta, Georgia, just two weeks ago and only needed a fill-in. They told me they don't do fills and would only do a completely new set. I've never been to a nail salon that refuses to fill a fresh set that's only two weeks old. This isn't my first negative experience here. The last time I came in, they refused to fix a broken nail until I asked to speak with the manager and requested that they reconsider. Ironically, the same employee who was rude to me then was the same person who responded so disrespectfully when I asked about the wait time on this visit. I gave this business a second chance because I hoped things had improved, but unfortunately, they hadn't. It also seems like if you're not already one of their regular customers, they have no interest in providing good service. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this nail shop. Customer service, professionalism, and treating every customer with respect should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

They put a plastic liner in the bowl to ensure cleanliness and my tech opened the package of tools in front of me. The massage was good but not great and the hot towel was a nice touch. I went on a Wednesday around 3 pm and had to wait about 20 mins.
