They had a great selection of polishes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was for two reasons: 1. No wifi so I wasn't able to use my phone in there 2. They charge a $1 transaction fee if you pay with a credit card. Since this was my first time there I don't know if they discourage/don't allow you to tip on your credit card like a lot of places do now so I make sure to bring cash to tip. So I feel if I'm tipping in cash I shouldn't be charged anymore fees. Other than that I do recommend L.A. Nails and will be going back there.

I asked how long the wait would be, and the only response I got was, "I don't know," in a very rude and dismissive tone. I had a brand-new full set done in Atlanta, Georgia, just two weeks ago and only needed a fill-in. They told me they don't do fills and would only do a completely new set. I've never been to a nail salon that refuses to fill a fresh set that's only two weeks old. This isn't my first negative experience here. The last time I came in, they refused to fix a broken nail until I asked to speak with the manager and requested that they reconsider. Ironically, the same employee who was rude to me then was the same person who responded so disrespectfully when I asked about the wait time on this visit. I gave this business a second chance because I hoped things had improved, but unfortunately, they hadn't. It also seems like if you're not already one of their regular customers, they have no interest in providing good service. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this nail shop. Customer service, professionalism, and treating every customer with respect should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
