When I arrived, I was told to wait. After 10 minutes, I was directed to a section to sit, but no gel color booklet was given to me. A person then came over and ask, "Do you know what color you're going with?" I replied, "No, I need to look at the booklet to decide." I continued waiting until 11:50 AM. At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment. I drove 27 minutes for this terrible experience. Their tools looked dirty, and the overall place didn't feel clean. Please don't waste your time here -- the service is awful, and the environment is far from professional and a time waster.

The damage follows the line of her manicure EXACTLY, and she had it removed by a salon. But honestly, that was my daughter's hands...she had no reason to lie about it...she wasn't even the person who submitted the review. They told me they would have to cut my nails shorter for the tips. And sized the tips well for me.
