    Build Your Own Bowl

I love Mediterranean food and this place is the best on the go. I know it's a fast food brand but their food is really good and feels fresh. Their falafels are crispy and very tasty. Is good to see how they have the chicken in the back and how they slice it for your bowl. Their garlic and green sauces are amazing too. Having the pita bread to get more full is also a plus. Service was quick and nice and the place was clean. Totally recommend.

Was not very impressed with the take out meal I had here. I had a make your own bowl with steak. The quality of the steak was subpar. The service was good for the cafeteria style. Still, nothing to write home about.

    Chicken Shawarma bowl and pita

I've had Naf Naf Grill several times in the past, but decided to write a review because the team at the US Bank Plaza were doing an incredible job today. Everything in the bowl tasted amazing, I got the chicken shawarma, with rice, a bunch of veggies, tahini sauce, falafel, and hummus. All the veggies were crunchy, the falafel was crispy and super flavorful. The pita bread was also super fluffy. The customer service was great and didn't take me long to get my food. I can't wait to go back!

Super great and quick food that won't make you feel guilty! I got every topping on mine with jalapeño and garlic sauce. The jalapeño sauce is not super spicy so don't be afraid to load it up! I love naf naf- great prices and delicious.

This always hits the spot. I get Naf Naf almost every time I have to go into work. I get the falafel bowl with hummus or rice and I always get the sumac onions and harissa sauce. It is so filling and I get good servings of vegetables, proteins, and carbs. For the downtown location, only the us bank side entrance is open FYI.

Whether it's the chicken shawarma or steak with basmati rice bowl I love all the yummy goodness that Naf Naf has to offer. I usually get a little bit of the chopped salad, purple cabbage, sumac onions, and ask for extra garlic sauce because it is just that good. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. I like chains that I can rely on and Naf Naf definitely has their protocol and standard down pat. I love their basmati rice more than the cilantro lime rice from Chipotle and the fact that Naf Naf has that garlic sauce to top it off so it just makes it even better. Their pita is ok. I prefer flat bread style flatbread but when it is toasted and served with my personal favorite olive flaored hummus, it doesnt make a difference.

Half eaten, and absolutely amazing! I almost didn't get a photo!

While visiting Minneapolis for work, I went to Naf Naf Grill not once, but twice, because their falafel pita is the best I've ever had. They are conveniently located via the skyway in the lower level of USB Plaza, right next to Chipotle. And the format is similar to Chipotle, too. You order at the counter, and add ingredients as you move through the line. They are fast and reasonably priced, and well worth the trip. They have a variety of items, such as chicken or steak shawarma, falafel, rice and couscous, bowls or pita sandwiches, and a veggie platter. Everything is made fresh right there, including the mouthwatering pita bread and freshly ground falafel. I like that Naf Naf has options for both meat and non-meat eaters. While I occasionally eat meat, I can never get enough falafel. And like I said, theirs is my favorite. It's crispy, full of flavor, and a perfect combination with their soft homemade pita bread. The toppings are perfect - I add finely chopped cucumbers, pickles, and cabbage to my pita. Their tahini is also made in-house, and it's really good. I'm salivating just thinking about their food. I can't wait for my next trip to Minneapolis so I can have some more Naf Naf. I only wish they'd expand to NC!

This is the smallest shawarma sandwich I ever seen. Beside its small size, it was completely tasteless. The fries were ok. Not recommended.

There sandwiches are too small, the smallest size of a chicken Shawarma sandwich I have ever seen. Beside its small size it is completely tasteless. The fries were ok but not impressive. The service was good. Overall, not recommended.

Hummus bowl with lots o toppings and freshly baked pita

The massive lines this place attracts speak for themselves! This was actually the first freshly baked pita I'd ever had, and I'm never going back! It has been a struggle since coming here to find more fresh baked pitas to live up to Naf Naf, but they are so worth it. It went well with their hummus bowl which came with lots of tasty toppings.

First time here and the food was good. I'm usually a picky person when it comes to my food but, I was very satisfied with the food. Will be coming back but the options are healthy and taste delicious. What made the experience even better was the guy who helped us.

My favorite chicken with pickles, basmati and amba!

We also ordered a pita pizza-style and it was good as well. My personal favorite is the chicken buffalo and would recommend to anyone that plans to visit. They also now have pizza. I was super excited to try the new items and unfortunately they weren't a hit. The Shawarma wrap was disappointing; not enough fillings, lacked flavor and wrap was dry and crumbly and not in a desired flaky way either. And at $17 I felt some kind of way. The pizza was undercooked and soggy. Service was excellent as you order at the walk up counter. The lime and mint slush was delicious and refreshing and made fresh once I ordered it! The calm ambiance and vibe there never disappoint! But I do hope they rethink the new items and make some adjustments to them. I love Baba's and will continue to be an avid customer but I will stick with the hummus bowls and pita and hope they keep that summer lime refresher on the menu!

Not sure I'll be coming back after this experience…read more I've been going to Wally's for years, back when it was still a small local spot. Through a Palestinian friend who knows the owner, I even met her back when the restaurant was much smaller. I've also been ordering the chicken musahab since it first became a menu item a couple of years ago, and have always liked it. I've recommended this place to friends and family, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I ordered the chicken musahab and after just a couple of bites I couldn't eat it. The chicken was extremely spicy in a way that was completely different from what I've had here before. I usually have no issue with spice, but this was genuinely inedible for me. My lips and stomach were on fire. I brought it back up and explained the issue. I was told that other customers have complained about the same thing before, but management does not issue refunds. There was no replacement, store credit, or any alternative offered. What stood out most is that this seems to be a known issue, yet there's still no effort to make it right when it happens. I ended up paying around $40 total and wasn't even offered the lentil soup that's typically included with orders over $15. I wasn't looking for anything extra -- just some basic acknowledgment that I couldn't eat the meal at all. I rarely send food back, but this was one of those times I had no choice. I left without eating my meal and pretty disappointed. Just sharing in case others have had the same issue or are thinking about ordering the chicken musahab.

It is way more than just a restaurant, because the attached grocery store stocks everything you could ever need. I love being able to grab hard to find spices, fresh pita, and halal meat like goat or lamb all in one trip. The food in the sit down area is just incredible too. You have to try the hummus. It is seriously creamy and flavorful, probably the best I have had in the city. I also ordered the shawarma recently, and the spices were perfect. The vibe is great, but the workers really make it special. Everyone is super nice and willing to help you find things in the aisles or figure out what to order. It feels very welcoming every time I walk in. If you have not been here yet, you are definitely missing out!

The grocery store has many different foods from around the world and for a little while I was trying different breads from different regions. The bread section is one whole corner and is fun to try all the different varieties. The restaurant side you order food at the cashier and then sit at a table. So there really isn't much service here. The food consistency has not always been the same. Sometimes it's just ok but other times it has been amazing which is why it's getting 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Overall it's a good choice but I do mostly take away for the food. My favorite is the chicken lovers combo. Also note there is a large parking lot in back rather than trying to find street parking but I usually only go here if I am going to the grocery store. If I just want food from the restaurant I just do a delivery service or a quick pickup.
