Had lawn service with Nadar's in Callahan for over a year. The first time we tried to call to schedule someone to come and check an issue we found horrible service. Got transferred from one office to another, then told the info would be passed to yet another. A call to their corporate offices turned out the same. All we wanted was to schedule service. I can't believe these reviews are from real customers. I've used naders for my lawn almost 3 yrs and most of the time it's been a headache. When they called and said we're in the neighborhood, can we come and spray your yard? I responded not today. The supervisor called me in somewhat of a rant saying that's not how our services operate. The tech came a couple weeks later and sprayed my yard during the winter. This is how it looked when spring came in. See the results for yourself on the (pics attached). I'm so fed up with this company. And it's ironic that they haven't called back to spray since they damaged my lawn. read more

Nader is about money. I was spending over $1400 a year with Nader for the last 4 years, nothing was done properly. Nader in Yulee FL lost my business plus my trust, I couldn't believe that the day when I complained to the manager, he said oh that was the technician's fault and that's why he was fired. I don't recommend this company to anyone. read more

From start to finish my experience with Nader's pest raiders was excellent. I spoke with Angie, let her know the issue we were having and she immediately got me scheduled with Lucasz for that same morning. Lucasz showed up on time, and handled the wasp issue we had. He treated the interior and exterior of our home and explained what he was doing, what he was using and what we should expect to see. Naders was recommended to us from friends in the area who had used their services and were very pleased. Sometimes you need to rely on a little help from friends when you need qualified help for specific problems and in our case it was bug information. When I originally called Naders, I was told about the process of making an inspection appointment and after the appointment we would then receive a quote and could decide after that if we wanted to go further with the process. Gregg met us promptly on the day of our appointment and was an amazing teacher in Bugkilling101 Florida style. Even me being a past Floridian had no idea there were so many ways to kill or repell annoying insects. After our initial meeting, we received email communications from both Gregg personally and Naders offices. After reviewing the quote, we were pleased with what Naders plan of attack would be and we felt that the price was reasonable. Naders scheduled a follow up appointment to do the pest control work. The technician was on time and thorough. We would definitely recommend Naders to anyone having bug issues or those looking to take preventative measures. In Florida you will always have bugs, but you can decrease the amount of unwanted crawlers with the correct treatments. read more

After 14 years of quarterly service, needed a retreatment because of ants in the house. I called, they said they would send someone out asap. They didn't. Called back the next day, a Saturday, and was told they are closed until Monday. And no one could help until then. Ugh. But, to my surprise, I got a call back and a tech supervisor (Hendra) came out Saturday afternoon, the same day and just a couple of hours after my second call. She was terrific! She did a full retreatment on the inside and outside. She took all the time necessary and explained exactly what she was doing. It's now 2 days later and no live carpenter ants. Yea! It would be 5 stars if I had gotten the call on Friday as promised but clearly there was extra effort on Saturday and that is a great sign. No one is perfect and it was great to see that kind of follow up to my initial unhappy experience. I'm very happy with this service and I expect to be a customer of Nader's for the long haul...they have earned my trust / support. People do make a difference...if Hendra didn't make the effort this review would have been quite different. Glad to see that Nader's has quality staff and their internal process allows for the extra effort to fix a customer problem. read more

We had this "service" for years and I constantly had to call to "tell them I needed services done to my lawn." Every time you call they tell you, "oh yeah, you are due for service." Often times when you call for service, and then call back, they have "no record of the other call." Very selective on which calls they track. I have had weeds all across my yard for 2 years now...gets worse every year and they don't care. Total waste of money, time, and phone calls. You spend over $900 a year for a yard that looks terrible. Going to do it myself....save half the money, the agony of phone calls, and a yard that just can't get right by Naders. read more

To make a long story somewhat shorter, my wife and I moved into a home, in a rural location, where the previous owners had a contract with Nader's for a termite bond and Sentricon bait station monitoring/servicing. Not long after moving into the house, I started receiving bills in my name for pest control services, despite my never having requested or otherwise contracting any work of any kind from Nader's. I stated to officials at Nader's via email that I would expect a business to first introduce themselves and let me as a consumer know my options and present me with a contract delineating cost and itemizing services prior directly billing me and assuming I wished to business with their company. When asking for some justification for their invoice, I was told that I was being billed for the servicing and monitoring of their Sentricon bait stations around my house and a date was given for the alleged service (a week after our moving into the home). I explained to the Nader's representative how I believed that to be either be at worst, an outright false statement or at best, poor service, since many of the stations around my house were either covered by grass runners or completely buried by dirt and were obviously not serviced on the date given (my wife and I have been doing a lot of landscaping immediately after the claimed date of service and accidently uncovered buried stations). Furthermore, no stations appeared to have been disturbed in any way, in at least quite a period of time. I went on to explain to the Nader's representative that if someone were coming to my house to perform services, they should have an appointment. That is not only a courtesy to the residents of my home, it is also for their safety since I have dogs that may bite an unexpected stranger on my property. My wife was home alone all day on the day of alleged service. No Nader's service tech came to the door to make themselves known to my wife. No calling card or service document was left to indicate anyone had been on the property to perform any kind of work. Once again, these are common courtesies and I expressed my extreme displeasure someone was on my property without permission, without a contract, and without making any sort of notification to me or anyone in my home. In an attempt to offer an olive branch and provide an opportunity for redemption, I closed my lengthy email correspondence with the Nader's representative as follows: "I have high expectations for those I do business with, but I am fair. Our relationship is not off to the best of starts, but if you are willing to do so, I would like to see a quote regarding chemical barrier treatments you have available and the pros/cons vs the system I already have, service requirements, etc." Nader's never sent any of the info I requested. I guess I received my answer from them today when I came home from work. I saw where they removed the Sentricon bait stations, leaving unsightly, unfilled holes around my house and workshop...once again, coming to my property unannounced (despite having been told in writing not to), without permission, and leaving a mess. If anyone from Nader's reads this, you left some of your Sentricon bait stations, adding to my suspicions that the stations weren't being monitored or properly accounted for, especially if the tech doesn't know where they are or how to follow your own map (during our email exchanges, they sent me a map) to locate them. If you are considering pest control for your home, you have to ask yourself if this is the quality of service and level of ethics you expect. read more

NOT HAPPY with the service AT ALL. I paid up front for a full YEAR of Fire Ant service for my yard. I told them UPFRONT, that I had MULTIPLE mounds regularly, and that it seemed nothing I had tried over time (liquids, powders, granules, etc.) had worked. They assured me they would take care of my fire ant problem. I called them back, more mounds. I called them back- more mounds. At least FIVE callbacks in 6 weeks! The last time they came out, they called me at work and said they 'walked my property' and only found ONE Fire Ant mound, all the way in the back of my yard (a bit over 1/2 acre). Two days later, I'm cleaning off my back porch and putting things in the yard just off the porch, and I get BIT on BOTH feet by FIRE ANTS! I was FURIOUS. I Paid $320 for FIRE ANT service, and I'm STILL getting BIT. I called and cancelled immediately, and NOW it's going to take 3-5 WEEKS for me to get a REFUND for the OTHER 3 quarters? Seriously? NOT happy, and will never recommend. read more
