BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

They were on the job the entire time while the guys tore off my old roof and added a new one. My mid century home has a flat roof. If you have one, you know what a pain they can be. Joe Turner Roofing knew exactly what to do-they have over 40 years experience with flat roofs and all kinds of roofs. I was so impressed with the team that installed my new roof! They arrived when they said they would, at 6:30 AM, and finished around 12:30 that afternoon. These guys work so well together and literally did not stop until they were finished. Maria was on the ground helping with anything and everything; and she was busy with the magnet rakes during the entire process. I have yet to find a roofing nail on my yard! This is amazing. With other roofing companies, I found nails for years after the work was done. A dumpster arrived the day before my roof installation and was picked up the day after. And there was ZERO debris left anywhere on my property! Joe Turner Roofing also has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. That is hard to find these days! The guys were hard workers, I had a lot of weeds on the driveway and it took them 2 days of pressure washing. The day the driveway was sealed, it down poured about 15 minutes after the completed the job. Naturally, I was concerned the sealant wouldn't have had time to set and reached out to the company. They assured me it was ok. 6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire. Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team. I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest.
