I called RedFox for an estimate on my roof. The rep, Colin, showed up late to 8:00am appointment…read moreafter sending confirming text at 7:00am. Then he called 7:55am saying he would be 15 mins late. Then he was late after that too. He says he's "all about integrity" but then can't manage to be on time. He said my roof could use some re-sealing in places. He said it would be about $500. When I got the written re-sealing estimate it was 40% higher $841.75 Clearly they do not know their own business. BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

He also made sure to call and provide a recommendation on the roofing type and color based on the housing development's history and aesthetic so we could be approved by the HOA in a timely fashion. We were able to schedule in a timely fashion, and the work team was so efficient, the two-day job was finished within one work day. He made sure to show and educated on roofing and boot choices, why they mattered, and things to watch for when I inquired. We had some repairs that needed to be done to the roof, but a the soffits, which he repaired for us.
