BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". Nick Wagner of Roofcrafters, New Smyrna Beach, Fl. assessed a roof problem, took pictures, thoroughly explained the pros and cons about repairing or not, detailed his estimate so I could understand it, and only called once in awhile to check in since I was in a FEMA claims process. NO PRESSURE at all. Then I asked him to re-assess and he was happy to. He poured water in the deficit area and showed me a video...not just words but actual evidence of the problem. I decided to have the work done. When I met his crew, they were just as nice, explained in detail what they would do. More pictures and definition of what they found inside the roof. What do consumers look for? Reasonable cost, quality work, and strong work ethic - which is exactly what I got from them.

I was given a fair price (among two other quotes) and decided to go with Taylor Made. They were a little late getting started but got the job completed on time. There were a few issues with workmanship that John (salesman) realized and had the crews come back and follow up on. There was also an issue with a part of the existing roof that was damaged while moving off the old sheets of metal. John realized that the damage was more than could be repaired without replacement and replaced the panels with no costs to me.
