A few weeks ago, Angi came out to give me a quote for new, whole home gutter installation. She's…read moreprofessional, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to her and I received a fair quote. I did shop around after receiving my initial quote from them. While there were a few others that came in a little lower on the price and one that was overpriced, I came back to Tropical Gutter Pros because of their level of customer service, communication, full explanation/itemized invoice and warranty on parts/labor. I was in the process of getting my roof replaced so we scheduled the installation a couple weeks out. They came out today(5/28/24) and got the job done fast and efficiently. The guys were friendly and professional. I appreciate the level of service I received from beginning to end. Thanks again, Angi and everyone at Tropical Gutter Pros!

I agree with all the nice things said about Angi and her crew. They were right on time and worked…read morefast. The color match is not perfect but better than I expected. All gutters are secured well. It will also be nice to not worry about the gutters flying off in a storm. I'm a little disappointed with a couple of the downspouts, though. I was hoping that a professional gutter specialist would be about to hug the wall better than what was already there. For example, the front downspout, is crooked in the middle and the opening does not face toward the street but rather inward. The back downspout has a big gap. When asked, Angi quickly sent a lengthy reply why they could not improve on the original installation and recommended I use downspout extensions for drainage. I accept that I should have been more thorough with my questioning. So, If you use this company for a replacement project, remember to clearly state any improvements you expect up front and do not expect them to improve on any of the flaws in the original gutters.

Then she busied herself and I didn't ask to see the documents, my bad. SO ASK FOR THOSE DOCUMENTS. Completely unreliable. They walked off the job because I wouldn't finish paying them. They had not completed a single task and were going to have to return to finish but the wanted me to pay them $2100 more. I'd already paid them $2900. The painting of the house wasn't finished, the back porch wasn't even started. Caulking wasn't finished. Shutters weren't finished, simply stated nothing was completely done. They stormed off when I refused to pay them and haven't called or been back.

I not only described the project in detail but also had a phone conversation prior to scheduling the appointment. No questions were asked about the need for a driveway or backyard access. Would not recommend them.
