Asked them to clean our dryer vent, lived in our house for 6 years and never done it, they did a fantastic job, and the stuff that came out of that vent, uffff! They did such a great job asked about AC vent cleaning. They gave me a quote and told me I would not have to clean them again for at least 10 years. so hired them to do the job. They guys worked thoroughly, neatly and cleanly, and were very professional. They showed me before and after pics of my vents which made wish I had done it sooner. They had very powerful equipment and cleaned up after the job was done as well as moved furniture back in place. All I have to do is yearly spray an antimicrobial into the vents for maintenance. What I loved the most is they are a local business, It is a father and son business and they care about their work, their impact on you and your health as a consumer. Highly recommend! I called our regular provider, Jenkins, and got an answering service. They couldnt tell me if anyone was available to come today or tomorrow, but could take my message down. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

UNRELIABLE DUCTS! From their rough installation crew to…read moretheir service techs, to their receptionists.... All unreliable. The rough installation is sloppy... does no one inspect their work?? The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? And if they do... will the service be adequate or will they, again, leave us with a non-working unit as they have in the past. I have NO TRUST in this company.

Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. They use soft water, salt, lemon, and other natural cleaning ingredients. I highly recommend giving Zerorez a call for your floor cleaning needs!
