This technician displayed disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional conduct. I was quite taken aback when he accessed my backyard to get to the AC outdoor unit through my living room, and patio (rather than the main door) without asking for my permission first. The unfortunate part, when he got to the back door of my patio, he forcefully pushed and slammed the screen door, nearly damaging it in the process. This man appeared to be extremely agitated or angry, and seemed ready to confront me! He was very loud that my next door neighbor's son came out to check what was going on at my place! Jared, your actions genuinely frightened me and made me feel unsafe! This guy was the second technician from Buehler Air and Plumbing to visit my home in three months regarding my AC issue. The first technician didn't address the root cause of the problem; instead, he claimed to find another issue that wasn't broken just to charge me more ($1200), rather than fixing the actual problem-- a burned wire in the outdoor unit that only required a $273 repair. For context, my AC system is only four years old, and this company replaced the entire system for $7,900 back in 2022. They not only failed to fix the primary issue originally, but they also disrespected my property by trespassing! Ultimately, I had to tell this technician, Jared, to use the main door he had originally entered, instead of coming through my living room and patio to access the AC unit in my backyard. His behavior was unacceptable! So, I strongly advise everyone, especially women, to be cautious when dealing with Buehler Air & Plumbing!

They were thorough and pleasant. They did everything with a minimum of supervision, including Cleaning the entire kitchen and the oven. They wiped down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well. The whole house is ready for painting, which starts tomorrow. This was a difficult job with a lot of moving parts. When they started, they were 15 people in the house at the same time. They had to work around the moving company that reset all the furniture in its place and go over places that they had already cleaned again. They were unflappable in their duty and worked around all the chaos going on in the apartment. For the amount of people and work involved, I felt the price was reasonable. This was not a cheap job, but it was worth it. Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My…read morerelative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. I will NEVER call this company again!
