After contacting Neligan's stating that I would like them to do the repair work, they kept me updated and were honest (that they were very busy, but they would work this project in asap). They were able to repair it before the original date and Matt and Chip were very nice and professional. I wanted to save the bricks and I said they could stay where they landed in the yard/that they don't need to do any extra work moving them anywhere. When they finished, the bricks were in a nice pile :) THANK YOU for making time for my small repair job- it made a world of difference to my family. I strongly recommend them and will use them for larger roofing jobs in the future (if only those other companies realized that even though this job may be small, I could be a future customer with larger projects). Because they were the most responsive, offered a 10 year warranty, matched a lower competitor's price, and seemed the most professional. After talking back and forth with Beverly, regarding quotes, appointments, etc. she got us on the schedule for mid-January. I let her know a few days prior to installation that I had a few appointments and wouldn't be at the house all day. She said that would be fine and the crew should finish up around 2. The crew showed up the day of installation early and quickly got to work, I left for my appointments and right when I was about to pull into the community Beverly called to let me know the crew finished about 1.5 hours early, they tried to wait around for payment, but left. She said she could send Chris our installer and her son by to pick up payment. He came by about a half hour later and was as friendly as could be. He also reminded me about the warranty. All in all I'd recommend Sunshine For anyone looking to purchase gutters. Pros: -Responsive -friendly, courteous -Competitive prices -10 year warranty Cons: -I want to show off my new gutters Tips: Do your homework and get several quotes and don't be afraid to ask if a company will match a competitor's price: the worst they can say is no.
