Fast forward 5 years later, I recently found a leak from the same area. This time, Reliant still responded in a timely fashion and sent the crew in the same week. I commend the crew, Edgar and Joel, worked diligently to identify the issue. I think the first crew in October, 17 just found one spot and repaired that spot and did not search further for underlying issue. I had the same roof for first 20 years without a leak and after replaced the new roof by Reliant and it leaked in first 6 months and 5 years after (twice already).

The guys were hard workers, I had a lot of weeds on the driveway and it took them 2 days of pressure washing. The day the driveway was sealed, it down poured about 15 minutes after the completed the job. Naturally, I was concerned the sealant wouldn't have had time to set and reached out to the company. They assured me it was ok. 6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire. Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team. I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest. Here's what you need to know: they do what they say they will do, and they do a great job! Mrs. Betty Turner and her daughter were a pleasure to work with. They were on the job the entire time while the guys tore off my old roof and added a new one. My mid century home has a flat roof. If you have one, you know what a pain they can be. Joe Turner Roofing knew exactly what to do-they have over 40 years experience with flat roofs and all kinds of roofs. I was so impressed with the team that installed my new roof! They arrived when they said they would, at 6:30 AM, and finished around 12:30 that afternoon. These guys work so well together and literally did not stop until they were finished. Maria was on the ground helping with anything and everything; and she was busy with the magnet rakes during the entire process. I have yet to find a roofing nail on my yard! This is amazing. With other roofing companies, I found nails for years after the work was done. A dumpster arrived the day before my roof installation and was picked up the day after. And there was ZERO debris left anywhere on my property! Joe Turner Roofing also has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. That is hard to find these days!
