Jax Exterior Paver and Cleaning LLC is not a customer friendly company! Zachary A Woods "Zach" (the…read moreowner) is very dishonest in his speech, is condescending and insultingly combative (yelling, and dismissing before hanging up on you) when you try to resolve an issue to negotiate further repair services. The final paver job--initially appeared good but given weeks, I was dissatisfied with the overall work. Zach came to my house and saw the problem and said it would be handled. I paid $275 extra for Jax Exterior Cleaning LLC to blast the weeds on my pavers. They blasted my original sand throughout with a Turbo Nozzle Weeds and replaced it with their powerlock jointing sand that as they've posted on their own website states "weeds and ants don't stand a chance" to prevent weed growth. Unfortunately, within 2 months I found problems and by the 3rd month it was terrible. My neighbors who often compliment my yard noticed the horror that was left behind and they questioned me about the work and the company. My pavers now have sand-less gaps throughout which will eventually (if not repaired) result in damages caused by rains and insects getting into the crevices. As per another customer that had similar problems with Jax Exterior Cleaning stated, "they charged a large sum of money but did not complete or repair the job as promised." As others have done, I also made numerous attempts to reach out to the owner Zack by email, and by phone only to he insulted and accused when I finally spoke to him. He has hung the phone up on me on 2 occasions and refusing to listen to me or answer my questions after yelling at me "that I need to pay attention to what I sign and that he made no promises. Jax Exterior Cleaning LLC and this owner Zachary A Woods is a disgrace to reputable businesses. This owner ghosted me also as he's done to at least 4 other customers (1 on BBB and 3 on Yelp) that have made similar complaints against him.
