I hired John McGuire in January 2026, paying for a full year service. He completed his first job…read moresatisfactorily. He then proposed that I needed a new roof and gutter system, also replacing some fascia, and arranged for Rain Relief Gutter Solutions to do that work. I am a senior citizen and widow. McGuire abused his privilege of working for me by charging $90K for above stated work. He did not supply me with any receipts from the roofing company and Rain Relief Gutter Solutions. He is not a licensed contractor and therefore it was illegal for him to subcontract work from both the roof company and Rain Relieve Gutter Solutions. The roofing company promptly sent me the receipt and warranty information when I requested it. The fee was just shy of $22K. The gutter installer would not send the proper paperwork and I doubt the gutters cost more than the roof. John McGuire quit on March 10th. He had been paid for a full year! He pocketed over $50K of my money. There is a police report on him and the Rain Relief Gutter Solutions. I am pursuing my legal rights. PLEASE, do not hire Zane at Rain Relief Gutter Solutions. He is a fraudster who will gladly take your money.

I had them scheduled to install a guard on our metal garage. The techs are freaking awesome. He noticed a few things out of place and took care of it. They were in and out in no time. I've noticed they are sometimes booked out up to a couple of weeks out and it makes sense. They do an awesome job and provide great customer service from the receptionist, estimator and install crew!
