One quote came in WAY too high, but the other two (including Scotty's) came in at a better price than we expected, based on our neighbor's experience. We went with Scotty's because we liked his approach -- direct, informative, conversational and he had a helpful assistant (not just a one-man operation). He gave us "windows of times" when they would be here, and advised us ahead of time when we couldn't use the driveway. Bottom line they got the dirt and water stains off the stucco. Third, I like that it's a family run business. He offered to clean it again at a really amazing price. So, we took him up on it. He got our pool screen and patio deck looking spotless. We've been having trouble getting out algae and growth from the screen which he got to look as good as new. Our patio chairs were also pretty dirty and he cleaned them as a courtesy. He also did a really great job in the far reaches of our outdoor ceiling which are easily 30 feet up. I called him the next day to get his company's name (which I had forgotten) to leave a positive review. Immediately, without context, he said at the beginning of the call that if I had any concerns, that he would be able to come over same day to look it over. We are very happy with Charles. He's honest, hard working and just a great guy. Our experience with him was beyond positive and will continue to hire and refer him in the future.
