Zerorez brought my carpet, tile floors and rugs back to life. This was my first time using the company, and it will most certainly not be my last! I only have carpet on my stairs purchased from Home Depot with a lifetime warranty that is only valid if I have the carpet cleaned once a year. Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. They use soft water, salt, lemon, and other natural cleaning ingredients. I highly recommend giving Zerorez a call for your floor cleaning needs! read more

They came out in 2029 and we were pleased with the results. I called to schedule another appointment 10/2/2026 was placed on hold a few times regarding a talk with the supervisor. They said they would call back. After an hour and a half I called again and was told that there was a note on the account about Mr being hostile over a price increase when they came out. My husband wasn't happy of course but hostile ! I have actually recommended this company but never again ! Deeply offended ! read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. My carpets were almost perfectly clean prior to ZeroRez coming out to my home, but I wanted to freshen up my carpets before putting my home on the market for sale. When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home. ZeroRez made my carpets 1,000 times worse than they were beforehand. Absolutely terrible. read more

My BIL was coming to live with us after surgery so I needed to get them cleaned and rolled up in the garage for possibly years. They were picked up and cleaned to perfection. I'm using two of the small rugs in the bedroom but the others will be stored. Great job Zerorez! read more

Very unimpressed. Spent less that 40 min on 3 bedrooms, 3 walk in closets, left hairballs on carpet in one room. Didn't even vacuum enough to "lift" furniture indents even though housecleaners the next day did so with no problem. read more

Lied to me about pricing - did not honor quote. WAS on my 3rd time - so ridiculous - Definitely would not recommend.

This is my second time using Zerorez. My first experience was so so. This time I had a different cleaning professional. Lou was an absolute rockstar. He very clearly cares about what he is doing every day and really enjoys it. It shows in his work. If you call Zerorez ask for Lou to clean your carpets. (Unless I am trying to schedule him again.) If you want your carpets cleaned properly this is the place to go! read more

Our furniture is 10 years old and with the move, I knew I wanted it professionally cleaned. Dad had used Zerorez several times in the past and recommended them to us. Don arrived right on time for our time window of 3pm-5pm & John and I sat on the back porch and let him do his thing. I had mentioned that the one sofa had a faint cat smell- the one end of the sofa had been close to the room that had the litter boxes at our old place and while I am hard of hearing and my vision is shot- my sense of smell is crazy keen. He told us there was a specialized treatment for that, an additional $40 and it was totally worth it. I couldn't tell you how long he took to clean 1 recliner, 1 loveseat and 1 sofa- but it seemed pretty quick! We were advised it would take approximately 6-8 hours to dry. I can attest that there is no more cat smell on my sofa! Yay! Some of the stains just wouldn't come out- I am still trying to figure out how to remove or cover the stains- but the furniture is clean. What a relief! Fast, efficient, easy to schedule with and Don was great! read more

From my first call to customer service to completion of the carpet cleaning, I was impressed. Every person I interacted with provided excellent customer service and was professionally friendly and knowledgeable. Harrison (carpet cleaner) did an excellent job (and it was no easy task). Based on the customer service, competitive pricing and "job well done", I highly recommend Zerorez! read more

I have been a customer for 10 years ... happy with the work. Recently had a service and now it is bait and switch company. I did my usally cleaning and at the same price as always qouated online. This time the new tech comes in and says we have to charge you more ... we are not a franchise anymore and corporate wants use to generate more fees. He stated, room was over sized after 10 years I guess it had grow in size ... also 35% the room is not accessible for cleaning they say it doesn't matter. Long story short ... this is a bad sign of a established company that does not care of the opinions of long term customers. As a footnote ... I tip the techs 60 bucks every service except this time, the tech paid the unreasonable up charge fee for me out of his tip. I do not recommend this company as it's customer service is now non existent. The new corporate zerorez should have a warning to its customers ...beware of the qouated price you receive, it will change on day of service. Goodbye Zerorez after 10 years! We are an attorney's office and we arranged to have the office closed down for the carpet cleaning from 12 -2:30. When I had not even heard from anyone by 1PM I called the office. Was transferred to the business section and sat on hold for 15 minutes. Spoke to the person who answered and was told they could be there anytime between then and 3:00. Told them that was unacceptable and not what I arranged. He put me on hold again for another 5 minutes to tell me the person would be there sometime between now and 3PM. No apologies not trying to fix the issues. I told them to cancel the appointment I will find someone else. And I would be giving a review. read more

My co-worker mentioned they had duct cleaning from Zerorez so I decided to give them a call and book, come to find out they were running a promotion ($50 off duct cleaning) so even better! I was squeezed in the next day with a four hour window. They did arrive within that window and even called before heading our way. Since my wife and I both work from home I was debating on if I should take a day off, but turns out they only needed to attend each vent for about a minute. What takes the longest is the cleanup of all the debris from the blowout, which still remains because that stuff gets everywhere. The guys that showed up were very professional and seemed to do a thorough job. There were four upsells though. The fogging ($100), anti-static air filter($150), whole home filtration ($1,000 +/-) and dryer vent cleaning ($?). To my surprise the two services that were not included was the dryer vent cleaning and removal of the air vent plate for additional cleaning/sanitation. The company I went with prior included those two things, and was less than Zerorez. read more

Moved into our new rental house and called zerorez for carpet cleaning. We only had 2 rooms with carpet so we decided to add the grout in the kitchen. I had no idea what color the grout was supposed to be but it was black! Check out the before and after photos, it's actually white! Felton was awesome and professional. He even asked if there was any area I wanted him to go over again and helped me move furniture out of the way to ensure it was all cleaned to my satisfaction. I love the way our tile looks now! Feels so much cleaner. Our carpets are almost completely dry, it's been about 7 hours. No weird smells lingering either. I definitely recommend zerorez for both grout cleaning and carpets. read more

We needed our carpets cleaned so we contacted Zerorez, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. We had our 1000 sqft apartment get cleaned in under 30 min. I would definitely recommend them to family, and or friends! read more

Absolutely easy peasy. For people like me who prefer online interaction, I found their online services easy to use and answered all my questions. The gentleman who came to clean my carpets was professional and delightful. Did a great job. Prices were better than most others I saw. They are wonderful! Our guy cleaned everything well and efficiently. Our carpet looked much better. He was really good with our pets.

Hired zerorez because of their stellar reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Most other companies were booked for several days in advance because I called short notice. Zerorez was willing to swap a couple of schedules around in order to meet my needs. On the morning of, I received a call asking if they could come by 2 hours earlier than scheduled. The tech showed up on time, walked the house with me to understand what I wanted done and started work Immediately. After servicing every room of the house, he was done in about 1.5 hours. We chatted a bit, he was very friendly, settled up and he was done. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that, there was a bit of mess on the master bathroom tiles that I had to clean up after he left & the quote for the closets that I received over the phone was unclear and the service ended up costing slightly more than I expected. If I could give partial stars I would give 4.75. I highly recommend Zerorez. They did great work. read more

Professional, reliable, and friendly! A company with honest people. They came out because we requested air duct cleaning. After making their observations and spending at least an hour to check and double check... they said we don't need one at this time. Spent their valuable time and didn't make a decision to clean it anyways due to our request to get their monies worth. Walked away with smiles regardless and we are so pleased to have this type experience. We tipped because everyones time is valuable. read more

We were skeptical about all professional carpet cleaning options before trying Zerorez. We have tried big companies and diy via rental and even purchased our own wet vac. First off let me say YAY!!!!We just had our rooms with carpet cleaned today. I called Zerorez a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment and the person that answered the phone (very pleasant) had something available on the day I requested. Being that close to Thanksgiving I was not expecting that. Alex, very professional was our Tech he called 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He greeted me and ask what rooms needed the carpets cleaned. Alex also ask if there were any spots that needed attention, I showed him one spot well....it is gone (Thanks Alex!). To sum it up in my opinion Zerorez: -Excellent customer service -Great prices -Got the job done read more

This work is not cheap anywhere, but these folks are on it. The vehicle resembles a space truck with the latest environmental controls. But the people are very human and attentive. These guys are marketers and will show you a menu of add on services, but it's all done in a no-pressure approach. I feel like my system is clean and healthy and I had no hassles along the way. read more

I have used Zerorez for years. Other than one time, I got EXCELLENT service. I knew my carpet was clean. Recently had my carpets cleaned again. Disappointing job. I told the tech my dog died in the house which meant there were some bodily stains to remove. Two other stains that should have come out (and did come out before) are still on the carpet. The bodily stains may be gone, a little difficult to tell as it was on a carpet with black background. The guy came in was more interested in talking. I told him he had to get to work as I had a doctor's appointment. He was out of my house and on his way in 40 minutes. FORTY MINUTES. FAST. Too fast. This is the second time I got a less than stellar job. I do not have the desire nor time to have people come back to do a job a second time. They should do it right the first time. BAD NEWS ZEROREZ. Very disappointing. read more

Our carpets definitely needed a good cleaning. We have never used ZEROREZ prior but had heard their advertisement several times. We had a scheduled appointment between 11 am-2pm. We really needed them earlier but knew there was no other appointment time today. The cleaner finished a job earlier and gave me a courtesy call to come on earlier. It was 2 hours earlier and it worked well with our schedule today. The gentleman , Corey was very courteous, professional and explained the process thoroughly. The job was great, done in a timely manner and when I asked questions they were answered. Corey represented your company well and professionally. Thank You . I will be using you again as needed. I called and they quoted me $681 to clean a large leather sectional, two upholstered couches, one upholstered chair, and one area rug. The guy shows up and immediately starts the upsell for for fabric protectant. When I took a pass he proceeds to tell me the couch was too big to clean it for the price they quoted. I told him that I had other quotes and, despite the fact that Zerorez's price was WAY higher, I chose them because we had done business before but that for $681 I was NOT paying an additional penny. He supposedly called his office and said they declined to honor their estimate. I politely excused him. I will call one of their hundreds of competitors who want my business and who will honor their word. Waste of time. read more

Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Ammon, with Zerorez's air duct & vent cleaning. Both he & his partner were very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They spent about 3.5 hours cleaning our air ducts (after some major renovations inside our home). They answered all of our questions before, during and after our cleaning. I had my AC maintenance done immediately following their departure and my HVAC guy was so impressed with how clean both our units looked... he took a screenshot of Ammon's business card to pass on to his clients! THANK YOU both for such awesome service!! Very impressed with the entire process and can't wait for Zerorez to clean my carpets next Friday. You gained a very loyal customer and I have a very big mouth... that's the best advertising you can get! AWESOME JOB! read more

I have no problem with the quality of the work that Zerorez provides, I think they do a great job. However they have been to my house numerous times over the last few years. I asked to have both carpet and tile cleaned, and they gave me a quote, they know the room dimensions. They quoted $600, when the tech showed up he said, well they underestimated the house and it is $713. Like I said, I am not upset about the service they provided, it is top notch, I just don't like getting told the price would be one thing and it is 20% off. read more

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Technicians Collin Clark and Dale Taylor we're prompt and professional, put on shoe covers and wore clean uniforms, introduced themselves before entering my home. Kept asking if I had any questions and if I was satisfied with the results. Told me about the material my carpet was made of, stuff I didn't even know. I could tell they really were proud of the service they provide and were as excited as I was to see the visible difference in my old carpet. My home smells clean and fresh now, and the carpet was dry to the touch in @4 hours, with no tacky soap residue. We won't use anyone else. read more

I dropped off two Oriental-style area rugs in early February, letting folks there know that I needed them back today before our moving van showed up and unloaded the heavy furniture where the rugs needed to go. I wasn't very happy when I showed up this morning to learn that rugs weren't quite ready, but props to Zerorez for finishing the rugs and Dave the owner personally driving them out and reinstalling them before the furniture arrived. The rugs themselves look really good (especially for never having been professionally cleaned in over two decades). All's well that ends well, and I'll use Zerorez again. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned 3 standard rooms and one oversized room for us and at a very reasonable price. I would never use this company mainly due to the fact that one rainy evening while driving home from work one of their vehicles (318B) was cutting not only me off in traffic, but speeding excessively and switching lanes.
