Zerorez brought my carpet, tile floors and rugs back to life. This was my first time using the company, and it will most certainly not be my last! I only have carpet on my stairs purchased from Home Depot with a lifetime warranty that is only valid if I have the carpet cleaned once a year. Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. My carpets were almost perfectly clean prior to ZeroRez coming out to my home, but I wanted to freshen up my carpets before putting my home on the market for sale. Our furniture is 10 years old and with the move, I knew I wanted it professionally cleaned. Dad had used Zerorez several times in the past and recommended them to us. Don arrived right on time for our time window of 3pm-5pm & John and I sat on the back porch and let him do his thing. I had mentioned that the one sofa had a faint cat smell- the one end of the sofa had been close to the room that had the litter boxes at our old place and while I am hard of hearing and my vision is shot- my sense of smell is crazy keen. He told us there was a specialized treatment for that, an additional $40 and it was totally worth it. I couldn't tell you how long he took to clean 1 recliner, 1 loveseat and 1 sofa- but it seemed pretty quick! We were advised it would take approximately 6-8 hours to dry. I can attest that there is no more cat smell on my sofa! Yay! Some of the stains just wouldn't come out- I am still trying to figure out how to remove or cover the stains- but the furniture is clean. I have been a customer for 10 years ... happy with the work. Recently had a service and now it is bait and switch company. I did my usally cleaning and at the same price as always qouated online. This time the new tech comes in and says we have to charge you more ... we are not a franchise anymore and corporate wants use to generate more fees. He stated, room was over sized after 10 years I guess it had grow in size ... also 35% the room is not accessible for cleaning they say it doesn't matter. Long story short ... this is a bad sign of a established company that does not care of the opinions of long term customers. As a footnote ... I tip the techs 60 bucks every service except this time, the tech paid the unreasonable up charge fee for me out of his tip. I do not recommend this company as it's customer service is now non existent. We are an attorney's office and we arranged to have the office closed down for the carpet cleaning from 12 -2:30. When I had not even heard from anyone by 1PM I called the office. Was transferred to the business section and sat on hold for 15 minutes. Spoke to the person who answered and was told they could be there anytime between then and 3:00. Told them that was unacceptable and not what I arranged. He put me on hold again for another 5 minutes to tell me the person would be there sometime between now and 3PM. No apologies not trying to fix the issues. I told them to cancel the appointment I will find someone else. And I would be giving a review. read more

My co-worker mentioned they had duct cleaning from Zerorez so I decided to give them a call and book, come to find out they were running a promotion ($50 off duct cleaning) so even better! I was squeezed in the next day with a four hour window. They did arrive within that window and even called before heading our way. Since my wife and I both work from home I was debating on if I should take a day off, but turns out they only needed to attend each vent for about a minute. What takes the longest is the cleanup of all the debris from the blowout, which still remains because that stuff gets everywhere. The guys that showed up were very professional and seemed to do a thorough job. There were four upsells though. The fogging ($100), anti-static air filter($150), whole home filtration ($1,000 +/-) and dryer vent cleaning ($?). To my surprise the two services that were not included was the dryer vent cleaning and removal of the air vent plate for additional cleaning/sanitation. Hired zerorez because of their stellar reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Most other companies were booked for several days in advance because I called short notice. Zerorez was willing to swap a couple of schedules around in order to meet my needs. On the morning of, I received a call asking if they could come by 2 hours earlier than scheduled. The tech showed up on time, walked the house with me to understand what I wanted done and started work Immediately. After servicing every room of the house, he was done in about 1.5 hours. We chatted a bit, he was very friendly, settled up and he was done. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that, there was a bit of mess on the master bathroom tiles that I had to clean up after he left & the quote for the closets that I received over the phone was unclear and the service ended up costing slightly more than I expected. I called Zerorez a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment and the person that answered the phone (very pleasant) had something available on the day I requested. I have used Zerorez for years. Other than one time, I got EXCELLENT service. I knew my carpet was clean. Recently had my carpets cleaned again. Disappointing job. I told the tech my dog died in the house which meant there were some bodily stains to remove. Two other stains that should have come out (and did come out before) are still on the carpet. The bodily stains may be gone, a little difficult to tell as it was on a carpet with black background. The guy came in was more interested in talking. I told him he had to get to work as I had a doctor's appointment. He was out of my house and on his way in 40 minutes. FORTY MINUTES. FAST. Too fast. This is the second time I got a less than stellar job. I do not have the desire nor time to have people come back to do a job a second time. They should do it right the first time. BAD NEWS ZEROREZ. Our carpets definitely needed a good cleaning. We have never used ZEROREZ prior but had heard their advertisement several times. We had a scheduled appointment between 11 am-2pm. I called and they quoted me $681 to clean a large leather sectional, two upholstered couches, one upholstered chair, and one area rug. The guy shows up and immediately starts the upsell for for fabric protectant. When I took a pass he proceeds to tell me the couch was too big to clean it for the price they quoted. I told him that I had other quotes and, despite the fact that Zerorez's price was WAY higher, I chose them because we had done business before but that for $681 I was NOT paying an additional penny. He supposedly called his office and said they declined to honor their estimate. I politely excused him. I have no problem with the quality of the work that Zerorez provides, I think they do a great job. However they have been to my house numerous times over the last few years. I asked to have both carpet and tile cleaned, and they gave me a quote, they know the room dimensions. They quoted $600, when the tech showed up he said, well they underestimated the house and it is $713. I dropped off two Oriental-style area rugs in early February, letting folks there know that I needed them back today before our moving van showed up and unloaded the heavy furniture where the rugs needed to go. I wasn't very happy when I showed up this morning to learn that rugs weren't quite ready, but props to Zerorez for finishing the rugs and Dave the owner personally driving them out and reinstalling them before the furniture arrived. The carpet in my parents' house hadn't been cleaned in awhile and we were preparing their house for sale- our agent recommended Zerorez and I am extremely fortunate to have been referred to this company. From the start when I called to see about getting onto their schedule, I was impressed- I spoke to Savannah first and got a quote and asked if there was a way I could send pictures of the carpet before confirming the appointment so they could maybe see if it was beyond help / if there was anything they could do for it since it was so dirty and so old. I did email the pictures, hoping that maybe it was just a huge layer of surface dirt and nothing ground into the carpet because my parents didn't walk around all that much and weren't tracking mud in and out or whatever. There were some areas that furniture had covered and had discolored the carpet as well. Savannah called back and said she had talked with one of techs and they could absolutely make the carpet look better. I was realistic and she understood that I knew it obviously wouldn't look new or even remotely new - just way, way cleaner- so that a buyer could come in and not have to rip it out right away. I can't imagine any company being more flexible and adaptable and polite and kind to me when I was trying to schedule this carpet cleaning around the other work being done in the house and around my flight back home. Every single one of those girls with whom I spoke on the phone - Becky, Lisa, Savannah - were so nice and were absolutely amazing working with the schedule and the changes. The timeframe for finishing the interior paint kept changing - and changing again - and changing again - so I had to change the carpet cleaning date multiple times as well as my flight. The last time I had to change it was actually the day it was scheduled to happen - the painters had promised yet again that they would be out the day before - yet they were still there. And when the tech Brad called to advise that he was on his way and I told him that the painters were still there but were leaving soon, he said it would be a far better result for cleaning if we rescheduled again because his hoses would scrape the baseboards and he didn't want to stir up any dirt or dust onto fresh paint. He was also so polite about having his schedule disrupted - he just wanted to do a good job and his communication and honesty was excellent. The bad thing is, by the time I knew we needed to reschedule Monday, all of the slots to get the carpet cleaned before my flight were gone - I had rolled the dice, trusted the painters and lost. And the house was going on the market the very next week - sure my parents could have met Brad and paid for the cleaning and locked up afterward and all, but I really wanted to see this through for them and finish it up. Somehow, this team literally bent over backwards and worked us in for Wednesday so I could bump my flight back another day and fly home on Thanksgiving. Brad is very energetic and very enthusiastic about the Zerorez system of cleaning - he took time to explain the difference compared to ordinary cleaning methods - the truck-mounted steam / cleaning equipment is impressive and it was obvious that Brad has years of experience using it. He took extra time to protect the corners of the walls with heavy plastic bumpers and took extra time cleaning some spots that were more heavily trafficked and where my parents' feet used to land in front of their recliners- that was obvious- and when he was finished, you couldn't tell the difference in those areas compared to the rest of the carpet ! My parents and I were absolutely thrilled with the way the carpet looked after Brad finished. They said in all of the times they've had carpet cleaned, it has never been this clean- and I will have to take their word for it because we have never had to hire carpet cleaners - we have tile and hardwood. Brad left some special booties for us to use to cover our shoes while we were finishing up cleaning and doing other work in the house. He said if we noticed any spots that appeared after the carpet dried, to call them and he would come right back out and make it right - there is a 30 day guarantee. The house was listed the week after and we got multiple offers the same night as it started showing. And I don't know if we would have even gotten one buyer with the carpet looking like it did before Zerorez came out- it was super bad and the appearance of the carpet would've raised questions about the way the rest of the house was maintained. Major appreciation and a million thanks to Becky, Lisa and Savannah for being so friendly and understanding and flexible and kind to me all of those times we talked - and for working us into Brad's schedule when they did so I could tuck this in for my parents- and to Brad for being so cool and sweet about having to reschedule on the fly that afternoon. read more
