First there is a service fee to come out to premises, which is understandable but what is not is the lack of communication from management after 3 weeks of nothing but dead air after the new tech found yet another issue with the unit that was not found when previous tech was on site after the new install. Been trying to get a resolution on this matter and keep on getting nothing from anyone. While their customer service may be OK on certain aspects, their management and ownership lacks a single ounce of Customer Service Values. I'm sure if it was me having to service their issue they would be trying to get answers as-well. Not sure what Value they bring to table when I have a non-working unit affecting my workshop and they don't seem to care about it. Guess they are not a "Reliable" as their name calls for. Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. They later explained later that every house is different but in the videos they posted not matter house dirty the floor is the results are amazing. I want to mention the my kitchen floor a was not really dirty I just want to clean the grout to look much better, and not was at all clean. As a customer I should not pay for nothing, the job was not done correctly. My advice to new customers take pictures of your floor before they start the job so you can take care yourself on this situations. Value is not worth it!
