Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

First there is a service fee to come out to premises, which is understandable but what is not is the lack of communication from management after 3 weeks of nothing but dead air after the new tech found yet another issue with the unit that was not found when previous tech was on site after the new install. Been trying to get a resolution on this matter and keep on getting nothing from anyone. While their customer service may be OK on certain aspects, their management and ownership lacks a single ounce of Customer Service Values. I'm sure if it was me having to service their issue they would be trying to get answers as-well.
