They later explained later that every house is different but in the videos they posted not matter house dirty the floor is the results are amazing. I want to mention the my kitchen floor a was not really dirty I just want to clean the grout to look much better, and not was at all clean. As a customer I should not pay for nothing, the job was not done correctly. My advice to new customers take pictures of your floor before they start the job so you can take care yourself on this situations. Value is not worth it!

After our old washing machine bit the dust, we found a replacement and scheduled delivery. To my…read moreconsternation, as I was disconnecting the water lines to remove the old washer, I discovered the cold water shutoff valve on the wall had failed and could not be turned off! With the new washer soon to be delivered, the clock was ticking, and I needed a quick solution. Hoping I could dash out to the local big box home hardware stores and find a replacement valve, I was sorely disappointed. This valve was nowhere to be found! An alternative is to open up the wall, cut the pipes and replace the entire box, valves and all. With a new washer on the way, there was no time for that. A quick trip to Dave Turner Plumbing and a chat with their experts yielded a simple, inexpensive, and quick solution - a $10 brass "add-a-stop" valve. THANK YOU DAVE TURNER PLUMBING!!! You helped me solve a sticky problem quickly and easily. Anyone who knows me also knows I hate making plumbing repairs. Dave Turner Plumbing is my first choice for any future plumbing needs!

They told me his charge time ($135hr) started from when he left his last appt until he leaves mine and he would call when he left. He called at 0950 and arrived at 1005 (15 min). It was a simple remedy to remove one and install another. My cameras observed repairman walking very slowly, back and forth 4 different times and spending up to 7 minutes at his vehicle each time. What could he possibly need to go back and forth 4 times for and spend so much time at his service truck?? Not to mention the time spent at the faucet in question. He finished at around 1115 and my bill was $52.96 for parts and $270 for labor!! The invoice showed he left his previous job at 0934 and finished mine at 1135. A 30 minute job that he stretched out with driving time to 2 billable hours!! Whew Look Out! I am disabled and certainly did not need the confrontation or anxiety to argue over his work and billable time.

Asked them to clean our dryer vent, lived in our house for 6 years and never done it, they did a fantastic job, and the stuff that came out of that vent, uffff! They did such a great job asked about AC vent cleaning. They gave me a quote and told me I would not have to clean them again for at least 10 years. so hired them to do the job. They guys worked thoroughly, neatly and cleanly, and were very professional. They showed me before and after pics of my vents which made wish I had done it sooner. They had very powerful equipment and cleaned up after the job was done as well as moved furniture back in place. All I have to do is yearly spray an antimicrobial into the vents for maintenance. What I loved the most is they are a local business, It is a father and son business and they care about their work, their impact on you and your health as a consumer. Highly recommend! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more I had to be away and asked to have a deep cleaning done. I showed exactly what I wanted to the owner I came back three or four days after the house was clean..... walked in and it was terrible. See pictures I called the owner and requested my money back She refused, hung up, and after I texted her and she threatened me with police action for harassment Please be aware she said that all of her cleaners use body cameras!!!!! and that they will take me to court to show the videos of them cleaning What a great way to run a business, huh? Don't know what the body camera would show, but my place was not even close to clean Be careful this company brings out litigation on the first phone call of an issue because I guess of the body cameras Totally unprofessional job Never would recommend this company There are so many good Cleaning Services around and I thought Miss Black would be able to provide me some local high-quality service All I got was an attitude on potentially fixing things and no discussion on how to move forward on either giving me my money back or fixing the problem Quite unprofessional wouldn't recommend them at all No offer to return my money at all Please see some sample pictures. I have well over a dozen from dirty oven and vacuumed rugs, baseboards that were not dusted and bar seats that still had streaks from the cleaning solution I specifically asked her to clean behind the bed as well because I could not move it, and it is dusty as anything
