When Jonathan told me my current system was leaking in the coils, I thought my money would be better spent on a new system versus fixing an 8-year-old system. They were able to install within one week. My installers, Brennan, Dre, Dillon did a fabulous job. And in addition to installing they cleaned up their mess, which I appreciated;) The crew was professional and friendly. They showed me which app to download and how to connect it to my Wi-Fi thermostat. Which by the way, if anything goes wrong with the system Amelia's Best will be notified. Pretty cool! I would highly suggest this family-owned business for all your heating, cooling and hot water tank needs.

My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

I pointed out that the unit was registered and under warranty because I had records. Mason's came two months prior to fix the same issue and replace the same parts. (With the previous owner) The owner then said "after further research" I will honor the warranty and not charge for labor since it's just outside the 90 day window. The second time they came out was also an unpleasant experience. The owner, didn't follow through on taking accountability. The company I ended up going with discovered that the Mason's technician cut wires to put on a part and didn't follow proper protocol. A higher cost for honesty and a reliable company is worth it in the long run. I'm giving two stars because the inside support, Casey is thorough and timely in responding even if the answers are not customer focused.
