I'd give these guys 10 stars if they'd let me. So we bought a home and the water heater needed to…read morebe replaced and JR did the replacement, the hitch was they were told it was a natural gas hot water heater and not propane. So you guessed it on Christmas day our less than 2 month old hot water heater went to heaven. We called JR on Christmas day expecting a answering service or voicemail and to our surprise Ronnie the owner answered the phone and tried his best to walk me through the trouble shooting neither of us knowing it was natural gas on a propane system. So the nerd that I am I begin reading everything hot water heater and notice it says natural gas. Again on Christmas day I called Ronnie and he answered the phone when I told him what happened he immediately said that was the problem. Mike and his apprentice come out to take a look and told us the rarity of this particular unit. They called the big box store in town who said oh yeah we have one. Of course they didn't so I believe the nice lady's name is Renee well she gets on the phone and finds one an hour away. Well after they confirmed that it was in fact in the warehouse an hour away they went to get it and install it immediately. Mike and his apprentice come out again replace the hot water heater and if you didn't know you'd never know they had been here. Clean, efficient, great guys that didn't try to upsell us on anything at all and the best news was we found out they do HVAC, & Electrical work. I've already recommended them to a friend and will use them on all 3 of those systems. It is always nice to find a local family run business that treats you like you would like to be treated and these folks fit the bill on that. I'm so glad we found them and will use them in the future you can bet on that.

He was professional, knowledgeable, SO kind, and very respectful- every single step of the way. Not to mention how fairly priced he was, and oh so speedy. Very impressed, especially since he was dealing with both us (me and my very heated dog lol) and the city. The most patient and fair man, and best quality work I could've asked for, seriously. Well beyond expectations. I would highly recommend calling them with any issue. 5 stars just isn't enough! Thank you so much!

This company and Chip Thomas were highly recommended to me by a very close friend. I wanted my…read moreelectric panel updated and replaced. Chip was very prompt and efficient in coming to my house and reviewing the job. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a price that was agreed to immediately . He was planning on starting the work the next week and estimated that the entire project would be about 2 days. When the time came for him to start no one showed up. I called and left a message saying that I assumed that he had some scheduling issues and I was not in a hurry and to just bring me up to date on his proposed schedule to start. No response. I texted his telephone and wrote him an email. No response and have not heard one word from him since. I originally thought that Chip had experienced some, personal or health issues but have since found that not to be the case and I have no idea why this situation took place. At any time he could have just gotten in touch and tell me when he would be able to do the work and it would have been fine for me. But, nothing, not one word of communication. Whatever happened I wish him well and he is not the only electrician in Camden County.

After our old washing machine bit the dust, we found a replacement and scheduled delivery. To my…read moreconsternation, as I was disconnecting the water lines to remove the old washer, I discovered the cold water shutoff valve on the wall had failed and could not be turned off! With the new washer soon to be delivered, the clock was ticking, and I needed a quick solution. Hoping I could dash out to the local big box home hardware stores and find a replacement valve, I was sorely disappointed. This valve was nowhere to be found! An alternative is to open up the wall, cut the pipes and replace the entire box, valves and all. With a new washer on the way, there was no time for that. A quick trip to Dave Turner Plumbing and a chat with their experts yielded a simple, inexpensive, and quick solution - a $10 brass "add-a-stop" valve. THANK YOU DAVE TURNER PLUMBING!!! You helped me solve a sticky problem quickly and easily. Anyone who knows me also knows I hate making plumbing repairs. Dave Turner Plumbing is my first choice for any future plumbing needs!

They told me his charge time ($135hr) started from when he left his last appt until he leaves mine and he would call when he left. He called at 0950 and arrived at 1005 (15 min). It was a simple remedy to remove one and install another. My cameras observed repairman walking very slowly, back and forth 4 different times and spending up to 7 minutes at his vehicle each time. What could he possibly need to go back and forth 4 times for and spend so much time at his service truck?? Not to mention the time spent at the faucet in question. He finished at around 1115 and my bill was $52.96 for parts and $270 for labor!! The invoice showed he left his previous job at 0934 and finished mine at 1135. A 30 minute job that he stretched out with driving time to 2 billable hours!! Whew Look Out! I am disabled and certainly did not need the confrontation or anxiety to argue over his work and billable time.

And in addition to installing they cleaned up their mess, which I appreciated;) The crew was professional and friendly.
