My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

Looking at some of the reviews, I see that I am having the exact same problems as previous suckas..I mean customers. Promises of returning to do tasks promised, but never returned, appointments not being kept, calls and text messages being unanswered or blocked. Initially when my problem occurred, a technician came out and had the unmitigated gall to tell me that if my thermostat cooled below 70, that I was lucky. What?!!! My system wasn't blowing out cold air and overall my house was hot and uncomfortable. I wasn't satisfied with that answer knowing the performance of the system prior and that something was definitely wrong. He then said that he would come back the next day with the owner and it's been the run around ever since. This company came referred, but I should have used the company I've been using prior, but they got back to me too late in this Georgia heat. I will not let heat and haste let me make this mistake again, especially when it comes to thousands of dollars of investments for anything that I own, and using a company with integrity. Do better or retire!

So you guessed it on Christmas day our less than 2 month old hot water heater went to heaven. We called JR on Christmas day expecting a answering service or voicemail and to our surprise Ronnie the owner answered the phone and tried his best to walk me through the trouble shooting neither of us knowing it was natural gas on a propane system. So the nerd that I am I begin reading everything hot water heater and notice it says natural gas. Again on Christmas day I called Ronnie and he answered the phone when I told him what happened he immediately said that was the problem. Mike and his apprentice come out to take a look and told us the rarity of this particular unit. They called the big box store in town who said oh yeah we have one. Of course they didn't so I believe the nice lady's name is Renee well she gets on the phone and finds one an hour away. Well after they confirmed that it was in fact in the warehouse an hour away they went to get it and install it immediately. Mike and his apprentice come out again replace the hot water heater and if you didn't know you'd never know they had been here. Clean, efficient, great guys that didn't try to upsell us on anything at all and the best news was we found out they do HVAC, & Electrical work. I've already recommended them to a friend and will use them on all 3 of those systems. It is always nice to find a local family run business that treats you like you would like to be treated and these folks fit the bill on that.
