I contacted Dave Turner as I needed to have a kitchen sink water spout repaired that was leaking at…read morethe junction of the sink to the spout. The 'plumber' came over and informed me that it would be cheaper to buy a new spout than to install new one so I went out and bought a new one and called back. They charged me for a new appointment and I made the appointment. When he returned he installed the Glacier Bay Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet. I had left before he commenced work on the installation as I had another appointment nearby. I left a key with him to lock up and hide. So when I return...guess what? There is not hot water connected. The detachable sprayer does not detach more that 6 inches. It appears that the counterbalance weight was attached to the hose in the wrong place. When I went over to complain and schedule another plumber to come over Dave Turner told me that Justin (the original) was free and he could come over now. I responded that I would be a damned fool to have him back. Dave proceeded to raise his voice and inform me that he would call the sheriff were I to use any more profanity.
