A process that we were told would take 4 days ended up taking about a month (August 21 to September…read more20) to complete. About midway through this one-month time frame, I told him I was going to have someone else finish the job (none of my cabinet boxes, cabinet doors, or drawer faces had been primed or painted at this point). He pleaded with me to give him a second chance and said he would have it completed by a certain date. I decided to give him a second chance. The project was not completed by that date, but about a week and a half after that. Not only did it take entirely too long to complete, but the lack of communication, and lack of respect for my time was absurd. There were times where he would show up 1 to 2 hours late and times that he didn't even show up. I have holes in the edges of my cabinet doors, the bottom of one cabinet box only got primed, but never painted. There is a scuff on the corner of one door where he or one of his crew members dropped it and 2 cabinet doors that have come off the boxes due carelessness when installing them. One of the 13-pound cabinet doors that came off the cabinet box when I opened it, hit me on the head, broke my glass fruit bowl, and knocked an entire basket of clean silverware off into the floor. If that had been one of my children who got hit with that cabinet door, they could've been seriously injured. Overall, I would not recommend Walk of Fame Paint and More. Troy told me what I WANTED to hear, but I feel like he knew that he wouldn't be able to follow through with what he told me. On 2 different occasions he asked me to consider giving him a 5-star review. I feel like he took me for a fool and took advantage of my kindness. He complained about his sub-contractors doing sub-par work, but he performed poorly on my kitchen cabinet project. In one of his text messages, he made me think that I was the only customer who wasn't understanding of the delays. This experience is a true example of the sayings "Talk is cheap." and "Actions speak louder than words." He also gave himself a 5 star review on Google. I have proof of these things in the form of text messages and pictures.

Jesse spent almost two weeks prepping the house which was badly needed. He powerwashed, caulked every window and door, patched holes and fixed nail pops, patched wood and fixed rust developing on our garage door. The painting was professional with two coats everywhere.
