The representative I spoke with assured me nothing had been approved or scheduled, and that the consultant, Dale Brooks, would call me to explain the email. He never called. The next day, they showed up and serviced my yard anyway, without my authorization. I called again to dispute the charge, explained that my signature had been falsified, and made clear I would not pay $150 for a service I never approved. I was told there was no bill or card on file, so I wouldn't be charged. Two weeks later, an invoice for $150 arrived in the mail. I called a third time. I was told the charge would be "appealed" and likely removed. That was three weeks ago. I just got an email reminder demanding payment for a service I never authorized. This isn't a billing mistake, it's an unapproved service pushed through on a forged signature, followed by three separate phone calls where I was given the runaround. I would not trust this company near my home or my money.
