Definitely one of the juiciest burgers I've had, but how could it not be when it's made out of wagyu ground beef?? Order at the counter and then take a seat at the bar or pick a table outside. The interior is a bit cramped but people eat pretty quickly so you'll likely be able to grab a seat once you're done ordering. The fries are also really good. I don't necessarily think it's worth the price point, but you are paying the premium for wagyu.

Service was great. The burgers were standard smash burgers, but the 16$ was a bit excessive. We spent 30$ for 1 burger, fries, and a jarrito.

Did I fall for the influencers' hype? Yes Is this the best burger I ever had? No Is this still a really good burger? Yes Are the fries decent? Yes Are the ingredients fresh and poppin'? Yes Is it worth the wait in line? No Would it be better to have it ubered to skip the line? Absolutely

Very disappointed. I mean charging UTA for a smash burger and falling short on your already very simple menu. How hard is it to follow a simple menu. Definitely didn't taste like wagyu, more so just regular ground beef, tamed jalapeños tasted like banana peppers, grilled onions were more like steamed, pickles were just pickles. The ketchup for the fries wasn't great either, it was different but not in a good way. It was just to be "different" than traditional ketchup. Whataburger spicy ketchup would've helped out a ton. Charge me 16$ for a double, and instead gave me a single. RIDICULOUS! (Yes I did eat it, had to feel like I won somewhat, I'd go to mcdonald's or whataburger over this and they're not even half the price for mediocre bs. PLEASE AVOID THIS TOURIST TRAP.

Surprised to not see a line this evening. Around 8:42pm on a Monday. Only one person customer at the counter inside. Ordering was easy and took about five minutes or so before my food was ready. I took it to go and had no modifications. Jalapeños and pickles came off when I got in after trying a bite. The burger was cooked well, toppings worked well and the fries were also tasty. The store was clean and I was intrigued by the spices you could buy to take home. Friendly staff and efficient.

Finally got an opportunity to try out the famous Wagyu burger here and it did not disappoint. I love a good smash burger and it was wonderfully saucey, juicy and had crispy edges. Next time I would order the sauce on the side because the sauce and patty juices can make the burger a bit soggy. The fries were perfectly crispy. It is steep to spend $20 on a burger and fries but it's worth the treat. I also enjoyed their ketchup which seems to be homemade.

Such a good little burger spot! Was told to try this place out by a ATX local. Was spot on. Burger was bomb. Their fries are like crack as well as whatever their ketchup sauce is. But be warned you will definitely need a nap afterwards! Service is great, food came out quick and it's a nice cozy type of spot. Lots of skatevideos to watch on the tv and they also offer a few beers to choose from.

Yes we are still eating our way through Austin and Wow, what a a Damn great lunch at NADC (Not A Damn Chance). Their Wagyu smash burger, made with premium US Wagyu, is hands-down one of the best burgers we've ever tasted--my husband even declared it *the* best! Paired with ultra-crispy fries cooked in beef tallow (the best fries I've ever had), this meal was a pure joy to eat. The vibe at NADC is as fantastic as the food. The staff was fun, friendly, and welcoming. A shout-out to the awesome cashier who shared the story behind the name--originally, they wouldn't allow *any* changes to their burgers (hence "Not A Damn Chance"), but they've loosened up, letting my Husband skip the onions. The chefs were equally cool, making the experience even more memorable. We're already looking forward to our next Austin trip to revisit NADC. Bonus: we're dining at PastaBar Austin, which is the Chef that co-founded NADC's, for our final vacation meal--a chef's tasting experience we can't wait to try! Huge thanks to Hestia Manager Greg for recommending NADC. Foodies unite!

I've been walking by this place for a year and a half but the price always kept me from trying it. Today i had a $25 credit from inKind (their payment service) so I decided it was time to try it! OMG! Not A Damn Chance will i wait that long to go back again. That's a delicious burger that's so tender and delicious. Even the jalapeño are perfectly cooked so they are just soft enough and crunchy enough at the same time. I also got the beast mode french fries which are really good and I bet they make the fries in house since they were different than fries you usually get. The service was extremely friendly and I was served very fast. When I said I was riding home on a rental bike and needed the food packaged well, since it would be held by a bungee cord, it got wrapped up very well and was perfect when I unpacked it all at home. Next time i'll stay and eat at the restaurant cause it has a very cool style and comfortable counter top eat at, as well as outdoor seating.

Okay! Aside from walking by homeless people to get here the burger was straight up average! I am so disappointed thinking this would wow me by the comments. The meat was 5 stars but seasoning and overall burger was average. Do not go out of your way, heck in and out or 5 guys in on par. Also there is very little seating(it didn't weigh rating) fyi. WAY too expensive to be average!

Food was really good but not amazing for the price. Two burgers and an order of fries ended up being around $40. I was excited to try it. The food was solid, but the atmosphere and customer service were pretty lackluster. I would go back with different expectations next time.

10/10. Honestly understand the hype now. Great meat, soft and sauce spreads all over to meat. Fries are also soft and crunchy. Plenty (and surprisingly) plenty of bar space both inside and outside. There is mire space inside rather than outside though. Lots of staff all kind- and therefore quick service. Food was great.

Please note that Sa-Tén is in an industrial-style complex and can be easily missed. The anchor point is a large green Canopy sign. After circling a few times, my friend and I started to meet at Stargazer instead for coffee. After having coffee at Stargazer, we decided to grab breakfast "to-go" at Sa-Tén as my Art contest start time was nearing. It is literally diagonally across the street from Stargazer. Sa-Tén means "coffee lounge" or "café" in Japanese. It traditionally refers to a relaxed neighborhood coffee shop...a place meant to be a welcoming community space. The coffee shop is small with wraparound glass windows emitting an abundance of light. Sa-Tén's interior is unassuming...really non-distinct. My friend ordered the last salmon toast, however, since she had previously tried it, she allowed me to have the last one. Such a thoughtful and kind friend...she ordered the bacon, egg and cheese toast instead. Let me just say this salmon toast was the bomb diggity. Our server described this breakfast item as salmon on white toast...what a major understatement! Our toast was even larger than Texas toast with a brioche taste and perfectly toasted. Quite honestly, I could have just eaten the toast all by itself. The salmon and cheese enhanced the taste. What a spectacular discovery! My friend was pleased with her selection as well. I will seek out Sa Tén when I'm on the East Side again.

I came here also because I had a deal from the AACHI fundraiser they are doing this month. Ordered the Spicy Salmon toast and the Egg, Bacon, and Sausage toast. Both were amazing and had tons of flavor. The bread is soft and fluffy. I also got a plate with Chicken Kara-age. Not too bad, I personally would stick to the Katsu. The Chicken Kara-age was not as crispy as I would like it. Also got royal milk tea, which was lightly sweetened. This place does get packed, so if you like to try this place, avoid the right before noon crowd or go early morning or later in the afternoon. The restaurant itself is small, but they do have some outdoor tables as well. The hard part about sitting outside is if you order drinks, I don't know if you can hear your name being yelled out while you are outside, so I would suggest having someone inside to grab your drink if you order any or check inside after a while to see if your drinks are ready.

So we thought we would make a whole night of it. Tiffany did make reservations for us for 7pm and even though this is a bar hopping neighborhood, even at 7pm it was pretty busy. Streets were full of people. Anthem had a vibe. I felt the energy as soon as I waked in. The cozy booths with the U shaped seating with plush green velvet fabric. Wait staff wore Hawaiian shirts. Sitting up behind me on a ledge was the Easter Island statue. Insert (Night At The Museum) here, dumb dumb give me gum gum. Anthem was our first stop tonight. Just drinks and a dinner. I ordered the Peach Fuzzy drink. Not too sweet, refreshing, peachy, and beautiful garnish of a flower. I ordered the Yummy Fries which looked like a salad. Gorgeous presentation. Fries were actually waffle sweet potatoes. Pickled ginger, sesame seeds, furikake, aïoli and a few other wonderful ingredients. Could not get over how beautiful everything looked. Presentation outstanding. Service delightful. Had a wonderful time at Anthem. We both did use the ladies rooms before leaving. Inside the bathroom there is a sign about safety and if you need assistants. I did take a picture of it. On our way out, Brian the manager, said good night to us and waved. We later saw Brian at another place. And I'll write about that in my review for that place as well. Brian, you're Doll, thank you for your hospitality.

To begin, parking around here can be very difficult if you don't know where to look as there are multiple lots to choose from, although the seemingly nearest is always taken up by cars. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. Once you're in, Bambino's is a calm and friendly environment to grab a bite at, featuring simple (and different) slices and sandwiches. You feel pretty welcome and at home in a nice layout with many tables and a bar top right across. The menu is diverse but one thing that sticks out right off the bat is the price. $4.50 for a plain slice? $22 for a footlong sub? Not to mention they tack on an automatic 20% service charge to every bill, which to their credit was mentioned about 3-4 times by the waitress. By the end of eating a $5 pepperoni slice we somehow paid nearly $7. Was it worth it? No. The pizza is decent, nowhere near worth the cost though. The dough is a bit too doughy and the cheese and sauce are alright. The slice is bigger than an average one so we can appreciate that. The best part was the pepperoni mixing in some nice little zip into the mix. For what it's worth, Bambino's is not bad, by any means of that word. However, for what they charge out of a slice in Austin, Texas of all places, you'd expect it to pack a lot more of a punch. Maybe the other food justifies the price, but after spending damn near $7 for one, we think it'll be a while before we give it another shot.

While the pizza was good, and the atmosphere was alright, the service left us somewhat perturbed. We got the Uncle Frankie and the Tracksuit pizzas. These pizzas were a whopping $30 each (after mandatory fee). We liked them, and two people who were not too hungry could share one. My friend was searching for a pizza option with chicken as she cannot eat red meat, and she was unable to find one. They also have an automatic 20% gratuity that is not included in the prices. It looks like the business owner is very defensive about this, so I don't want to engage, but it is very strange. The server came to our table, took our orders, then he came back for our cards. We thought he was making us open a tab, even though we didn't get any drinks, but turns out that was actually the payment. Before this, I had never been charged before receiving my food at a sit-down restaurant where they come to you to take your order. We were quite baffled by this as it's something you would see in movies or in the news where servers do that to discriminate again others because they think they may leave without paying. We did not see this as a policy on the menu, so we were shocked.

During the game we shared the Fried Pickles, which were crispy and well breaded with good pickle chips, as well as their Green Chili Queso, which was also excellent. The chips had good seasoning and the queso was thick. For a main entrée, I ordered the patty melt. It was melty with good flavor, but I would have preferred chopped onions over sliced onions.
