The chhole were excellent--perfect color, perfect taste. Samosa was just okay. Papdi chaat was also fine, though I kept wishing they added a bhalla (vada) in there--it would take it to the next level. Dahi puri was okay too, but honestly I only wanted one or two of those... would've been great if the last golgappa at the live station could be a dahi one. The chai was disappointing this time--not the same as before. Ambiance and vibe are always fun here, and service was quick, which I appreciate.

The food quality has stayed consistent for over 6 years. He makes the most flavorful chowmein and the orange sauce he makes is the best it goes well with everything. Anytime aim craving momo or chowmein I think about his dishes. It was my first time trying the full menu. I enjoyed the BBQ chicken with rumali roti it was very smooth and savory. I had the dahi vada and lakhpati chaat and enjoy the lakhpati more because it has some crunch and more flavor. The chai was also good my husband ordered it twice and it was served in a cute tradition chai holder stand. I appreciated the amount of detail they paid attention to maintain the vibe of chandni chonk. His chowmein is not oily and has so much flavor just eating alone is a party for your taste buds. The ambience if the restaurant is super cute and authentic. You can see that they put a lot of time and energy into crafting their menu and decorating the restaurant. I am so happy that this great food is now available in Milpitas.

The flavors are rich, the portions are satisfying, and everything tastes fresh and well-made. One of the best parts (and honestly one of the reasons we keep coming back) is the side of jalapeños and perfectly grilled onions. They take the whole meal to another level and add that extra kick that makes each bite even better. Whether you're craving a quick meal or just want something truly satisfying, this spot is 100% worth it. Highly recommend stopping by, you won't regret it!

It's located on grimmer parked in front of a gas station. I tried coming around 12 on a Friday and there was a huge line so I came back at 11:15 another day and there was no wait. Suadero Taco: A cut of meat from the middle of a cow, between the belly and leg, that's known for its smooth texture and high fat content. It ooks dry but the fat content is high so its still tender. Asada Taco: Cut a big larger than normal, still has that great steak chew and clean simply marinated flavor. Chicken Quesadilla: Its listed as just chicken and cheese but it has some crunchy bits added to it that make it amazing, I can't identify what it is, if anyone knows please message me. I want to say it's crunchy chicken skin or chicharrones.

I felt like I didn't get my daily protein quota today and was looking for a place to get some good…read morespiced chicken. Yelp said this place is open till midnight but I wasn't taking any chances driving from Hayward, so I called their number and they confirmed that they are open till midnight, all days! The truck is parked on a 7-11 parking lot on S. Abbot. They have two tables and 4 chairs for people wanting to sit there and eat. We ordered an Achari chaap ( soya protein) and a Rumali roti for my husband. For myself I got their tandoori chicken which came with 2 drumsticks and two thighs. The chicken itself was juicy and definitely well marinated. The achari chaap was a bit tangy for my husband's liking but had great taste and flavor if you ask me. The Rumali roti was soft and fresh. We also had chai which was creamy and hot! Food came out quite fast even though they had said it would take 15 mins. A couple things that stood out were the portions, which were plentiful and the prices which are very reasonable. Sunny the person at the window was super nice and patient taking our order and didn't mind husband and I going back and forth over what we wanted to eat. Hubs wants to go back and try their chole bhature, and I want to try their chaat items next time.

Update (04/19/26): What's the point of staying open late if half the menu isn't available?…read more We got back late from a trip and specifically called in to order chole bhature, since this is one of the few places near us open till midnight. However, we were told that bhaturas (and anything fried) aren't available after 10 PM, which was really disappointing. We were instead offered chole kulche, and since we didn't have many late-night options, we agreed. We were told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, but when we arrived, the food already felt cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. It got worse when we reached home--the kulchas were burnt, making the meal quite unpleasant. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing we expected. We were too tired to go back, but honestly, this was not acceptable. If you're advertising late hours, the quality and availability should match. This experience was really disappointing.

As someone who's always on the lookout for authentic North Indian flavors, this place truly impressed me. They serve homestyle Punjabi food, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite. We tried the mix paratha, gobhi paratha, Afghani soya chaap, and garlic naan, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food came out piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious--so much so that we didn't even stop to take pictures and just jumped straight into enjoying it! The parathas were perfectly cooked--soft on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside, and generously stuffed. The Afghani soya chaap was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor--definitely a standout dish. What really stood out was how comforting and homely the food felt. It's the kind of meal that instantly reminds you of home-cooked North Indian food, made with care and love. The service is quick, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. They do have a small dine-in setup, but I personally opted for takeout. If you're craving authentic Punjabi flavors in the Bay Area, this place is an absolute must-try. Hidden gem alert--you don't want to miss this one!
