This last time I ordered I ordered through their app, they utilize Door Dash for their deliveries. It stated my food would take an hour to get. I thought it was well worth the wait as I was at work single staffed. I put in delivery notes it needed to be delivered to AT&T, within walking distance. An hour came & passed, my food never came. I checked the status of my delivery. It says it was delivered. I went to get help from delivery, it stated that since I used Jersey Mike's app I need to contact the establishment. Which I did, the person that answered told me to hang on & for the manager on shift. The manager said I needed to contact Door Dash. I then contacted corporate with my order number & explained the issue. They were quick to fix it, I still am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's, but not of this location as more. With how this was handled my family will be finding a different place to order when we don't have the time to cook. As much as I love the food, I did not like that they would not make it right which caused me to wait 2+ business days to have the company make it right. I do know these locations are all independently owned, I hope that the owners of this location fixes whatever the issue is when it comes to righting something that went wrong.

We parked on the shoulders / ditches leading up to the location as they only have six parking spots. When you go inside you stand in a shorter line and order your seafood raw, smoked or fried. I do wish they offered more grilled options as I'm not a huge fan of either smoked or fried fish. We got the Lake Perch, Ocean Perch, Smoked White Fish and Catfish. It was all fresh fish, with a tasting seasoning / batter that wasn't too greasy, though if it was grilled I think I could have enjoyed the flavors in the different fishes better. After you place your order you can take it to go, go across the street to the park or on the left side of the business sit at one of the five picnic tables that are shaded by local trees, minus that one table that's doing its own thing.
