Started with the delicious butternut squash soup and Michigan salad. Steak dinner very good also came with generous portion of green beans and potatoes. Tres leches dessert was yummy. Friendly staff! Worth the drive!

I wish there were more stars to give because 876 Baldwin is so fantastic. The food, atmosphere, and service create a dining experience that I cannot wait to repeat. Chef Forgie and his team really took care of me when I stopped in with my father for an early dinner. My recommendations include: There's always time for a cocktail. So take a look at this spot's cocktail menu. I went with their rendition of an old fashioned and savored every drop. Perfectly balance and beautifully displayed in a decorative rocks glass. Cheers! Go for the greens. The salads here are fresh, colorful, and should not be missed. My favorite was the Michigan salad that represents its namesake admirably. Pizzas all around! I would recommend a pizza for the table to share as an appetizer because it is sure to be a crowd pleaser. I can vouch for the seasonal option, the fall harvest, but you can't go wrong with the other options either. You deserve dessert. May I suggest the Pot de Creme? This dish is classic, elegant, and I would say the little black dress of desserts (a must have). I enjoyed the European influences and Michigan flare that make 876 unique and oh so charming. See you there! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend

I'm sure their food was good, but prices are too high for the location. Last time I drove by, I think they were no longer in business.

First time here. Upscale compared to the typical "northern Michigan" fare. Fantastic atmosphere and service.

The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. We could tell they were very passionate about their food and drinks which made us eager to try it We started off with drinks. We got Hermes Wing and French Blonde. Both very elevated and balanced cocktails which were beautifully presented. We could drink them all day For appetizer we got the prosciutto wrapped brie. I'm not a prosciutto fan to be honest but my husband was and he encouraged us to try it anyways. I was pleasantly surprised. The prosciutto was cooked to be like a crispy thin piece of bacon. It worked perfectly with the hot honey glaze and to our surprise in house candied nuts. This was an exquisite mix of sweet and savory. For dinner everything on the menu looked really good and we wanted to try it all! We got the sea bass with black rice. I don't know what exactly they put in the sauce but it was by far the best sea bass I've ever had. The pairings with the sauce and rice were intentional and worked extremely well. My husband got the blackened swordfish which was cooked to perfection. This is not a common menu item we see and so we jumped at opportunity to try it. The outside of the fish was crispy but the inside juicy. It paired well with the tzatziki sauce to give a coolness to the blackened fish. We heard the pork ribeye was a must have from other customers so we decided to give that a try as well. The pork was extremely tender and juicy. It was paired with apples which I've never had before with pork but it not only elevated the already delicious pork but also gave a unique flavor and twist Mid dinner we ordered the Figtini and Greek Martini. Again, both did not disappoint. The Figtini was very delicious and you could taste the fig. The Greek Martini was perfect especially for my husband who will get a dirty martini wherever we go Lastly, we got the Tiramisu for dessert. This is absolutely a must have. I love tiramisu and this was a creative and delicious twist on the classic. It had a mix of fresh berries drizzled with caramel sauce. Heaven on a plate Overall 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back. PS I also realized their menu on yelp is not updated. Not sure why but I took pictures from their Facebook page of the updated menu and attached here

Creamy hummus topped with olive oil and feta, fresh stuffed grape leaves and tabouli. Delicious! And fresh homemade pita has wonderful texture! They are very cognizant about food allergies. Tonight and many nights I had the Chicken Marsala without cream. The chicken melts in your mouth and the Marsala sauce is well developed - a mound of potatoes and fresh seasonal veg which tonight was zucchini and squash. I always have half my meal left and it reheats beautifully. Their Expresso martinis are perfect. Friendly service and the owners stopped by to check on the food. Beautiful interior she changes with the season. I'd say we expect high quality from restaurants and this place is special! And we are overjoyed when we receive service from Shelby.

Down home decor, friendly, GREAT service, full bar (reasonably priced-had two shots of 1792 bourbon that were VERY well priced), and AMAZING food! Speaking of amazing food, here is what we had... Potato leek soup: it had just been St Patrick's Day, so they were still offering some themed items. The soup was VERY fresh, had a very pleasant aftertaste, and the potatoes were fresh. Rich, but not too rich. Just the right balance. Onion Rings: WOW! Fantastic, and huge! Beer battered mushrooms: Equally as good as the onion rings. What I also loved about these (and the onion rings) is that they tasted just as good the next day either heated up or even ice cold. They were THAT good Turkey Catamaran Club: My wife loved this. Triple decker sandwich with very fresh and tasty smoked turkey, bacon, and mayo. My wife is not big on leftovers, but liked this so much she was sure to finish half on site and the other half the next day. Boat Builders Burger: 1/3 of a lb of ground chuck medium rare (they cooked it perfectly) with some Swiss on top. Probably the best burger I've had in the last few years. All of the above for WELL under $100. Even tipping quite generously (our server deserved it-she was a sweetheart) we still didn't come near $100. Can't wait to come back here next time we travel up north. Fantastic place.

It was busy - as expected. But the overall vibe of the place is so cozy and intimate. We love it! We were able to sit at the bar and Hailey took such good care of us! She was attentive, friendly and made great cocktails! Started with a Smoked Pineapple Flan cocktail and a dirty martini. Both were delicious! Loved the martini glass. We each had a side Caesar salad to start. The lettuce was crisp and the dressing was perfect. Once again, we had the Old Chicago on Sicilian crust. One of these days I'm going to try the deep dish, I swear! But that Sicilian is just so dang good! It was perfection as usual. This was the first time we ordered dessert. I saw the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée and KNEW I was going to order it. OMG, it was everything I wanted it to be. Perfection. Excellent experience - again. Thank you, Capone's!

We were called and offered a seat at the bar within 20 minutes and a table within 45. The booth was very plush and comfy! The nightly mule was a berry feature and I was tempted, but opted for my standard old fashioned. Delicious. They had 2 draft ciders, a sangria and a local gr local (vandermill). So my partner was pleased and liked the cider enough to indulge in a second. We had the mushroom bread as a starter and split the fettuccine alfredo and a deep dish. Everything came out to perfection. The vibe was immaculate and worth the wait. The server was wonderful and the other team members jumped in clearing plates and delivering drinks and boxes so quickly so we never felt even a little bit ignored. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend for a fun night out.
