My daughter ordered the perch with fries and side salad. This is one of the home town bars that use to be called Skii's Bar located in Baldwin, Michigan. The bar is now called Barski's and has been in business for seventeen years. Initially this bar started out as Pub and Grub then, Skii's Bar and now Barski's. Amanda provided me with this bit of history. I really enjoyed the service and conversation. Thank you guys for the wonderful service. If you want a nice family vibe, come to Barski's. There is a full bar, high top tables, regular tables and lots of tvs playing sports. Every table was full when we were there and it was pretty loud. Towards the end of our visit it started to clear out a little bit. We noticed that when it did get quieter when people started leaving, there was not any music playing or anything.
