Made it here the day after a big snow. It was a quiet day for the restaurant. Had an app- the beans and cheese dip- very lactaid worthy. Had mushroom soup for meal and it was rich and good however could not finish the bowl. Partner had the gumbo and he loved the spice in the sausage. Disappointed, couldn't get the drink the champagne and sake... and went for another choice that was a bit on the sweet side. Btw - not all girls like vodka drinks.

Mushroom ravioli is 5 stars. I read so many positive reviews about their ravioli and they are not wrong. It is very basic. Just cream sauce with mushrooms ravioli yet so good. If the hush puppies are bigger size , they would be better. I prefer larger hush puppies because you get a bigger contrast between the crunchy shell and soft cornbread. I would rate it 3/5 I think I walk in late and therfore felt like I got ignore. Maybe I get better service next time during normal dining hours. The restaurant is huge. You can probably host event in there. Looks like a refurbished barn. Very unique design indeed.

The Cajun Brunch Bowl: Andouille sausage, roasted potatoes, Cajun Trinity with mixed summer veggies in a lemon caper remoulade sauce.

I love the ambiance of this eating establishment. The food has been nothing less that exquisite. Service with a smile and personalization. Today the standout: Cajun Brunch Bowl A spicy savory dish of Andouille sausage, roasted potatoes, Cajun Trinity with summer veggies in a lemon caper remoulade sauce. Well done Raven, this Cajun is delighted.

This is hands down the best restaurant currently in Cadillac. The restaurant has a cozy and modern vibe that feels warm and welcoming. The staff is extremely wonderful and attentive. The menu has a wide variety of options and the chef is always willing to modify or adjust dishes for those who ask. The mushroom ravioli is absolutely amazing here. If you are in the area and looking for a place to try you will not be disappointed visiting Raven Social!

I can't say enough good things about our waitress. She single handedly was taking care of all the tables in the restaurant. At least 6-8 tables were occupied, no one else bringing out food or bussing. She remembered our extra requests in a timely fashion. My sister and I got the white fish, each prepared a different way ( mine blackened, my sister's with morel sauce). Both were prepared with creamy risotto and yellow squash and zucchini. Delish! Mom had the coconut shrimp and loved it. Dad had jagerschnitzel (misspelled on menu) and spaetzle which he really enjoyed. I'm pleasantly surprised that a small town has a great quality establishment. They also serve Owl Eyes coffee from down the street. Food came out hot and seasoned well. The restaurant space is large, with pool tables and a decent sized room for separate events.

Dined 5:30p on a Friday. Greeted at door and sat down right away. The server was knowledgeable. I tried a fall cocktail with hard oat milk - not my style. Husband didn't love his Manhattan either. The salads were amazing. Loved the house dressing and very fresh. Husband loved his French onion soup. Said it was perfect. Coconut shrimp was cooked perfect just disappointed with the large amount of batter on smaller shrimp. Great sticky rice with a sweet hot sauce I enjoyed (husband thought too sweet for him). Schnitzel is covered in sauce, not breaded. No level of crisp to the pork so while he liked the overall flavor he said it was a little mushy. There was live music just starting. Friendly server, decent portions with good prices. Overall I agree with the high star rating and we'll be back!

This place has changed for the better after they switched to this format a year or so ago and supposedly got some new cooks in the kitchen. Previously they catered towards a bbq menu and now it's more diverse and their food has improved. I've eaten here times over the years but recently ate here the other night to celebrate a friends birthday. I had a smoked chicken salad (could've used it creamier/more mayo), but it was decent. My friend really liked his parma rosa and my other friend really liked her whitefish. Service was good but the food took a long time to come out, maybe it's due to lack of help?! I'd give this place a 3.5 but am rounding up to a 4. There are only a handful of decent restaurants in Cadillac and this is one of them!

We had an amazing meal and fantastic service from Nora. They were also managing a wedding party and food was efficiently delivered and delicious. The whitefish with morels was the best we have ever had. The champagne chicken is an old favourite from Blue Cow. We were thrilled to hear that the shrimp and grits are back for brunch. We adore Blue Fish and Blue Cow (and Raven) and are thrilled to have this option for a pit stop on trips Up North.

Service not so good but the food was absolutely fantastic. This was a special birthday party for a dear friend who recently turned 70.

Ironically lead with Charlie's Wine stumble was the first one we had. "Stumble": resiling and gvertz and Pinot Blanc. Nice lemon tart, spicy, light tropical, coconut. We learned a wine club wine was open., Pinot Blanc, for the wine club due to being off of a 30-year-old vineyard in the front yard of the winemaker partners home. Lovely, rich, Blaufrankich was very good, the best one we had in Mission area. Really great flavors. Very glad we had a chance to stop in here. Highly recommend it for wine people, and close to town! I had…read morestopped here with my husband, sister, and brother in law several years ago when we vacationed here and had a really delicious cider flight, so I was excited to try their wine this trip. We stopped in on a Thursday, early evening. They were not very busy and there was a table inside available to sit immediately or plenty of bar seats and tables outside. The man working the bar said our server would be over to bring us menus and to sit wherever we'd like. Some time passed and he eventually brought over menus since we hadn't seen a server and said our server would be over soon. Less than a minute later a woman comes over and asks if we know what we want and was just very curt and unwelcoming. We had not had any time to read the menu, so we said we still needed to look over it first. She did not come back for a long time after this and when we ordered our glasses of wine I also asked if we could get glasses of water. She said "it's over there" looked briefly over her shoulder and then walked off without saying anything else. I then noticed that there was a water station back by the bar and went over to grab them. I wasn't sure what the attitude was over a simple question, but our entire visit was like that and it was incredibly unpleasant. We all really enjoyed our wine, but it was collectively the least favorite stop of our entire trip. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and wouldn't come back after the service we had.

It took the server some time to initially come by and get a beverage order from us. It took several minutes to bring us our water despite there only being about four tables in the restaurant at that time (and there were other servers on the floor at that time too), In fact, our only "complaint" was the speed in which the server followed up with us. I absolutely must avoid dairy as much as possible. Trace amounts that may occur in a cracker are fine but I cannot eat something that has a sauce with dairy or mashed potatoes prepared with dairy. I explained this to my server and she did state that the chicken Marsala would not be a good choice. I inquired about the scallops and she went to ask the chef. She was gone several minutes in doing so. She went back to the kitchen a second time to ask a question and was gone awhile that time as well. I wound up ordering a filet and my husband, who can eat anything, got the lasagna. The steak was cooked exactly as I requested. While it was cooked medium rare, it still had a good sear on the outside. My husband enjoyed his lasagna. So the reason I rounded up to five stars is that the food was superb and I suspect our server, while not brand new, was still a newer server. She set my plate down in front of me and another server with her quickly reached over and turned the plate around so the handle of the knife was towards me and not away from me - kind of a rookie mistake.

The decor is beautiful and cozy, and the staff were warm, attentive, and amazing from start to finish. The chef was happy to customize dishes for vegetarians, which is a big plus and made everyone in our group feel welcome. The chef truly has magical hands. Every sauce was perfect and every dish was cooked to perfection. We ordered the bruschetta, chicken parmesan, chicken marsala, pasta Alfredo, and pasta marinara, and loved all of them. The chicken marsala is a must try! For dessert, we shared the tiramisu and the lemon macaroni cake, and both were delicious. The apple butter old fashioned drinks were a great touch too.
