My husband ordered a 20-ounce ribeye well done and received what was essentially a medium-rare steak. Our server, Jordan, brought the issue to the manager, Amanda, who only discounted the improperly cooked steak by 50%. When my husband asked to speak with Amanda, we were told she was "too busy" to come to our table. Jordan even commented that there were "a bunch of high schoolers in the kitchen."
