She pulled some of my lashes out after she asked if she could cut them, and I said no. I definitely would not trust her to do my Lashes or anyone else's. I really hope it had worked out, because she was very nice, but asking if you can cut my Lashes or pull them out, and when I say no, and you do it anyways is unacceptable. read more

Please forgive the lengthy review but it's important to know the details. For the past 3 mths I've been going to Amazing Lash. I didn't have a lot of lashes to begin with kind of thin and short but it got worse as I continued to use the extensions from Amazing Lash. You should be able to go every 2 to 3 weeks I was having to go once a week because the lashes just kept falling off they said that was normal. the last several weeks they've made it only 3 to 4 days before I need to go in and get them filled cuz they were such huge gaps it was like the glue just was not sticking. I later discovered my lashes are weak and they were putting the long heaviest lashes on me. I even tried 4 different people at the shop with no different outcome......so I started to search to see if there was something else out there to see if it wasn't just an issue with my eyelashes but maybe the quality of the product that was being put on my eyes whether it be the lashes or the glue. That's when I found Holly. Let me tell you there is 100% a difference in lash quality, glue effectiveness and technical skill. You get what you pay for, she is a little more expensive and does take more time but she is a craftsman and perfectionist! I highly suggest you contact her if you are not pleased with what you are getting at those fast food style salons out there....she won't disappoint. I've finally found someone that makes my lashes look full! Hallelujah! I've been to 4 different lash artists/salons all over Dallas and have never been satisfied with the results. On top of having thin and short lashes, I also do not have a lot of lash hairs. Previous lash artists would charge a grip, but my lashes would still look so bare even when doing volume. How disappointing for the price I was paying. Tram Anh has good pricing, and I love how full they look after. I can even skip eyeliner now, which is part of the reason I wanted extensions. My lashes still look full and like I just got a refill after 2-3 weeks. They don't fall out as much or fast as when I went to other salons. This is probably the worst service I have ever received. First of all she was an hour late for my appointment. (I should have just left ) she did my lashes- I asked for volume and I did not get volume at all. It was a classic set that she did. She told me I can come back on Monday and she would add more. I started brushing my lashes at her salon and they were falling out and she made me lay back down and "fixed" it. I came home that night and I was brushing them out and literally they were all falling out. I texted her about what's going on and she did not respond. If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed her one of her own pictures to refer to for my full set. Definitely going to make this short....I didn't get what I asked for. When I asked for them to be removed she claimed that she had to go to church then later said she didn't have the product to remove them. I left her business unsatisfied and paying $149. I wish I would have taken pictures but I was so frustrated that I rushed home to self remove them with olive oil, hot towels, and hair conditioner....they still aren't all off. She did my lashes for my wedding and it was natural and beautiful! The lashes were comfortable. Not cheap lashes (probably medium grade). Overall very good job. Lashes stay on for a good month and can get away with just one refill. I've tried around 8 lash places in Dallas and she's probably my favorite lash artist in Dallas. I scheduled an appointment easily through Yelp and we had a consultation for what I like in lashes, things I wanted to achieve, etc. I was concerned because my natural lashes are blonde and you can't see them unless I wear mascara/eyeliner/etc. Holly made me feel so comfortable, was very knowledgeable, and helped give me good advice to maintaining them.
