Basic botox treatments are fine but be warned they charge a 3% cc fee and ask for a 20% tip.

I went to Jane for my first ever botox treatment and I was nervous about it going wrong, or coming out "frozen", but she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She explained every step of what she was doing, took the time to answer any questions, and followed up with me the next day, and continually to make sure I was happy with the results. I am a 44 year old new mom who moved across the street from this med spa. Wanted to love it- I love facials, lasers, generally all things beauty - and I've worked at a large national brand Med Spa myself!! I have been walking past this salon daily - they always seem closed but ok, Covid. So I called. They are having renovations done and are only open 3 days a week. Where's the signage? How would anyone know that? Ok, I got past that and booked a hydrafacial. My last facial was June 2020, because I was pregnant and then had the baby. I was SO excited- and then extremely let down. Marjena was super unenthusiastic, and as I was discussing my skin with her and what I was hoping to have done (a facial massage along with the hydrafacial) she told me they don't do that, and that the time we were spending talking would be better spent getting ready to start. WHAT!??? I was hoping she was going to suggest some add ons, which I was more than happy to pay for. But no. I had to REQUEST the massage (which she said she'd "do for me bc I am a new mom", I requested the high frequency wand, (which was a joke, she did it for literally 45 seconds) I requested she go over my skin a SECOND time with the hydra facial extraction step because it was EXTREMELY RUSHED and I requested light manual extractions (which if she had fully done would have been an upsell) My question is why didn't anyone take the time to sit down with me and discuss what I was looking to have done? Not the girls in the front nor Marjena. It almost seemed like I was a chore or a burden to her and it was overall easily one of the LEAST effective facials I've ever had. The room was dark and I have no idea what was extracted or what she applied to my skin (she called it 'good stuff') really!? Lol The whole place seems sketch, IM0. The girls were just sitting around, no idea if they do hair, nails, laser... The signs say they do but overall the vibe was super awkward. I left feeling sad: I had hired a babysitter to watch my 4 month old and was just SO looking forward to this, Especially since they are across the street from me. Instead I left feeling depressed. I've had laser hair removal treatments at other places and I can confidently say this is the best laser experience I've ever had. They have one of the best and most modern laser machines on the market making the process as painless (as possible) and fast. I've been coming to see Maria for almost a year and she's always been great to me and I have amazing results (hair is almost 100% gone). The doctor has the poorest bed side manner, they do not abide by their own rules, and for some reason, maybe their formulas are weak/watered down or they do not inject properly--but it does not seem to last. I came in for a consult wanting to know more about the threading, and walked out with a little bit of Botox (my first time ever) and Knowledge and confidence in getting the threading treatment. When I came back for my thread appointment, I had complete trust in Dr. George and he completely blew my mind. After reading some of the reviews about N4 I decided to venture into Williamsburg and book two treatments - a Vitamin IV Infusion and a course of laser hair removal. I'd never visited a med spa before, but my first impressions were one of a professional space that was welcoming and made sure I was taken care of while waiting to be seen. I was taken into the back with a woman named Maria for my hair removal appointment, and as well as being friendly, she was very patient with questions I had about after care and the timeline for a full course of treatment. After that I was introduced to Corinne for my IV. I'll be totally honest, I am not the best with needles. My doctor has told me I'm hard to take blood from, so I always get nervous that the person is going to be poking around for a while. Thankfully, Corinne was incredibly relaxed and funny, which put me at ease and made everything run a lot smoother. I'd say I've definitely felt a boost of energy in the days after my IV, and I'll be trying it again to see if it's something I want to incorporate on a more regular basis. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at N4, and I think it's a great option if you're seeking a dose of self care. She was extremely professional, personable, and overall made an experience I was a little nervous about- fly by with bare minimal pain. It was my first time having a procedure done like that- and I will gladly go back to her again and again for my future injectable needs. I had booked an appointment scheduled for today to receive a lip filler enhancement. When I say this place a MUST I mean it! I've always wanted to get a filler but was always scared because I hate needles and lip bruising. Jessica gave me the best first experience. She made me feel comfortable, explained the process as well as post care. Most importantly she exceeded my goals of how I wanted my lips done. She took her time and really injected with such detail. I have no bruising or discomfort and I cannot stop looking at my lips. Truly a work of art, she did today. She is a must see lip enhancer!!! If you're looking for a professional facialist in Williamsburg, book at N4 Med Spa with Jumana. I came to the spa with problem skin and Jumana worked with me over a number of weeks to correct active acne and scarring. I was treated with laser rejuvenation therapy but the spa offers a number of different medical grade treatments that are difficult to find in the BK area. The salon also carries two of the best lines of skincare for problem skin; Eminence & iS Clinical. My fiancé also speaks highly of Dr George who managed to fit him in same day for a Botox appointment right before the holiday and made him feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, even insisting on a two week follow up appointment to check results were satisfactory. It's not the cheapest place to go for injectables, but worth paying extra for the results, luxury treatment and convenience. I can't speak for all of the salon services yet but I'll definitely be back to try them out! read more

Originally, I visited the N4 spa for a botox visit. I had seen the aesthetics nurse, Corinne. She is extremely knowledgeable about new trends, even gave me tips for new botox placement. Today, as usual, Corinne SLAYED my appointment with my first IV infusion therapy. I decided to give it a try post-run, for a much-needed pick me up. I was extremely impressed with the results. The staff was so friendly from the moment I walked in, I had great and welcoming experience. Dr. George did my fillers. He was extremely gentle, stopping at every injection to ask if I was comfortable. He was so honest and patient and worked to get me the best results within the budget I had. Nurse Jess performed my Botox treatment. She is so sweet and professional. She spend time going over the best solution for my specific area of concern. She was really knowledgeable and answered all my concerns and post treatment questions. Treatment was so quick and painless! Both Dr. George and Nurse Jess made me feel so relaxed safe and comfortable. Nothing was pushed on me, they really listened to the look I was trying to achieve. She's helped me correct a tattoo I had done as a coverup and has made the process as seamless and straightforward as possible. If your looking to get the dermaplane facial this is the place. My aesthetician was Jorge and he is just amazing. It was so hard for me to stay awake cause the facial was so relaxing. I have been seeing Corrine for Botox treatments, for over a year now. My first visit with her I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. She was great and listened to what I wanted. Corrine never pushed for me to do more than I was comfortable with. We have gradually moved on to other procedures, like under eye filler. She explains things thoroughly and follows up on how I am feeling days later. Corrine also encourages follow up returns to make sure I am happy with everything. Great service. I have been going to N4 for tattoo removal sessions for probably close to a year. I am very happy with the results so far. I had been going regularly to a dermatologist in Manhattan who I left because of his horrible customer service. The folks at N4 are very friendly and, as far as I can tell, use state-of-the-art equipment for tattoo removals. I have been to three different establishments for my tattoo removals and have felt the most comfortable and seen the best results from N4. read more

I highly recommend this salon and especially Jennifer. Jennifer started coloring my hair at The Drawing Room in Manhattan and I followed her out to Brooklyn. She is an incredibly skilled professional. My hair is not easy: it's course, thin, frizzy when it's humid and is getting more grey by the minute. Jen always fixes me up. She has helped me transition my dark brown hair to a lighter shade in to better disguise my roots. Jen has also helped me get a healthy satiny finish with Keratin treatments. Basically, she's brilliant. As for the salon, the people are helpful and friendly. The environment is calm and inviting. Meeting the other pros at this shop makes me eager to try out some of their other offerings like massages and facials. I definitely recommend seeing Jennifer for a great hair experience. I would not recommend wasting your money. I am a 41 year old woman and have been getting my hair done for 20 years. I have never asked to have my hair "fixed" after services, but after spending a few days wearing a baseball cap, I knew I had to make the call. The guy who did my hair was extremely sweet, but I straight up looked like I was going to the Jersey Shore and did not feel it was right to repay for a service only a few days old. I called to make the appt and they wanted me to go back to the same guy...embarrassing...and wanted to re-charge me. Not happening! I wish the experience was better, but there are a number of other great salons in the neighborhood, so very much not worth it to go to N4 MED SPA for salon services. read more

I thought I got a miracle job with Boletero filler under my eyes, but 3 weeks later, now that the swelling is down - effect is not as pronounced as I hoped.... :( I know Dr George's technique was good. Just needed significantly more filler.... or a more radical approach (Lower lid surgery?) SUGGESTION: if filler is left in the syringe, suggest a 3 week follow up and keep the leftover to use then ;) INITIAL REVIEW: Best place for under eye Boletero! The price tag is worth the results. Dr George Aglialoro is very detail-oriented. I loved how he'd pause before every injection, ask me to smile in order to reveal the optimal spot for the next needle-stick. Service is quick. If you know what you want, and are comfortable communicating specifics (including suggestions like focusing even more on a given area, using the whole syringe, etc) - this is your location!
