Portuguese breakfast sandwich

This place is awesome! Best cupcakes I have ever had. The filling, frosting, and cake itself are all done perfectly! The staff is great and the decor inside is very nice. They do themed cupcakes based off of popular movies every now and then and this weeks was Alice and wonderland. Every cupcake is named after a component within the movies and they even play it on their tv! Such a fun idea. Their Portuguese breakfast sandwich is also very good as well for something more savory.

One of my favorite bakery. Everything is so good here and the staff are just delightful. Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic cupcakes and cookies. Great service and ambiance. The cupcakes have been the star at two family birthdays. Super unique flavors and combinations. Thank you!

Amazing cupcakes, we always make it a point to stop at Mystic Sugar when we are in Conway. The cupcakes are wonderful, they are currently doing a Willy Wonka themed cupcakes.

AMAZING!! Love, love, LOVE the Pirates of the Caribbean theme. Super cute that they play the movie for you to watch while you're eating too. Every single cupcake was amazing. My faves would be Tia Dalma and the Flying Dutchman for sure. We also got a nice warm cream cheese everything bagel scone and their soup of the day which was chicken pot pie gnocchi (um, YUM). BEST BAKERY IVE BEEN TO BY FAR!! My coworker recommended this place to me and I'm so glad she did. Staff was amazing as well!! Will definitely be back.

Best cupcakes I've ever had! Very pricy but it's worth it! I only get them once a year and if I lived closer I would go everyday!

The selection was wide and the service was great! A treat worth indulging in while on vacation. The cupcakes were worth going out in a snowstorm. I had to make sure to stop by a second time during my visit to bring a few cupcakes back home!

Top tier! And those wonderful lemon cookies!

Oh my!!! Went for high tea on Sunday ( one Sunday per month I think, call for details and reservation). It was exquisite. Lovely both visually and gastronomically. In other words, so pretty and YUMMY. As a a review for the bakery goes, this tea had a sampling of much of their offerings. Their macarons were airy but substantial in creaminess and flavor, and gorgeous. Their scones were so light and tasty I had three! If the canapés and finger sandwiches were a window into what they can do for savory, I will have to assume their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are tasty indeed. The brownies were a perfect mix of gooey and cake-ness, the truffles were pure chocolate decadence, and my personal favorite, the lemon cookies, dreamy!! Even after the whole tea, I rushed to the counter and got the last bag of them! The whole experience was perfect. The ambience was warm and witty and so are the names of their incredible array of cupcakes which my local friends say are delicious! So next time you're in North Conw.... Forget next time, just GO!!

Found this sweet gem while exploring downtown N Conway. Visually the treats are pieces of culinary artwork. I've honestly never bought a large amount of pastries/cupcakes without first tasting but I took a leap of faith! I honestly have to say everything I was told was 100% true! Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name but the husband of the talented Mystic behind the baking is the best supportive glowing salesperson who knows his wife is super talented! This little piggy-great for someone with a lesser sweet tooth. Subtle blueberry and maple flavors and super moist perfection. Frosting was not overly sweet or heavy. The wicked stepmother is wickedly sinful chocolate and raspberry. It looks gorgeous too. Can't wait to tempt my coworkers, family and friends with these yummy cupcakes! Seek out Mystic Sugar you won't be disappointed!!

Great as a coffeeHOUSE and boy is this place homey what with the local art both painted and…read moreprinted, framed and hung on the walls, free WiFi and homemade tasting, slightly burnt iced coffee. Plus chairs, stools, tables, leather chairs (in which I sit), views of mountains and perhaps a throne or two. But, it must be said, that iced coffee was a FREE REFILL (which they do for hot and iced coffees) for a different drink, and that different drink was a chocolate-hazelnut iced coffee, which was not what I expected, i.e. a 5 calorie iced coffee, but instead a syrupy, heavily flavored dessert drink with which I broke my fast far harder than I had meant to. Had I known this drink was not seasoned beans turnt to a delectable cup, I might have passed on it, and had I not felt the desire to rejoin my company, I would have asked for the heaviest of heavy creams to make it a straight milk shake, but I drank it as was and enjoyed it every sip. The flavor was good to great, the texture more than I wanted but curious as a Campbell I couldn't just get the nitro-brew I craved because there was a hazelnut-coffee concoction I had never had heard of let alone tried and probably, along with the refill has more get up and go than the nitro solo. But I been here for hours now and don't feel like leaving yet, and that the baristae refilled my cup with coffee whilst allowing me to avoid the line (which isn't cutting. Justification: The line is only for people who still need to pay) really bumps that service up to magnificent. I love it here so much that I am almost remiss to go back to all four generations of my family who have gathered locally.

It's been open for 15 years and they have another location in the Settler's Green. They also have one in Maine. They have breakfast and lunch food. Tables can be found inside and outside. This review is tough to write. I've heard so many people tell me how much they love this place...I…read morejust didn't. It's a cute place inside - exposed beam, warm decor and inviting space. A small bar as you enter that was full when we came in. We sat at a small table in the bar area. Everyone was very nice and our waitress was attentive enough - but she seemed a bit busy. But all was fine service wise. So....the food. It's weird. Like trying too hard to be different but just didn't hit the mark for me. I see bread on a menu and I get excited! So immediately I ordered the Parmesan bread with dill pickle butter. The bread was warm and I enjoyed it but the butter with dill pickle just didn't work for me. Lots of other things to me could have complemented the bread better. Then we order the lettuce wraps, they were ok. My friend ordered the duck and I tried it and we both really liked it! The vegetables were good! My sirloin....the steak itself was good despite being a tad overcooked for medium rare. Something on the plate had a curry flavor - it just didn't all go together well. Then the lemon ricotta cheesecake....we didn't taste any lemon, it was thick and weirdly dry for a cheesecake. It also had freeze dried something on top....we actually weren't sure what. Some bright spots - the food quality! You can tell that these are top notch high quality ingredients, and the cocktails! They were yummy! I just don't like the weird combos and what (to me) feels like being weird for the sake of being different versus just being good. Since I only come up here a few times a season I likely will go to our other favorites or try new spots.
