Finally tried this place. Great coffee and pastries -- in fact, the pastries were so good that we bought extra to have for breakfast the next day. The staff were all super-friendly young women, and even though we arrived close to closing time, they were very gracious about telling people. We'll definitely go back. I like going here to get some pastry in the morning. The food is good, but they run out of items early in the day. I have gone there several times, looking for something specific, but they tell me half the time they are sold out of the item. (The last 2 times I went there, that was the case.) You would think if this happens all the time, maybe, they should make more of the product. read more

I have been going to c&c for many years. I enjoy all their tasty treats and coffee. But I have to tell you I am disappointed in the staff. No improvement over time. There is no greeting to people that come in such as"nice to see you, how is your day, welcome, etc. And smile? Jeez I've never seen staff so straight faced in my life. It's like they are being punished for working there. Where is the sincere engagement between customer and staff? I shop around town as I am a local and, the staff at c&c is consistently unfriendly and uninviting. I don't understand that attitude. Is the management unaware of this projection of their business practice. I hope to see improvement in the future. After all it is Christmas and cheerfulness, joy and goodwill should be in the air. read more

My new obsession! The baked goods here are to die for, I've tried several different things and they've all been delicious. Their lattes are also excellent. The staff are so friendly, and efficient too! I love that they sell local artisanal products as well. I can cook better myself, and that's saying something Baked goods were a big bummer. Seemed very dry and (I thought a couple days old) Coffee was okay, but similar can be had for cheaper at the local gas stations (1/4 mile away and 1 1/2 mile away) And probably they both have less disappointing food. I know at least the closer one gets fresh deliveries daily The rules for waiting in line were confusing and staff weren't helpful with that. I had a really negative experience. I was corrected rudely twice and we paid $37 for two bad coffees and some stuff we threw out because it tasted bad. Better to just hit dunkin where people are polite and you can get the same stuff for $13 for two and you won't walk away feeling like you made a bad choice read more

I guess if I've been here 4 times in one month (and I don't even live in the area) it means it's good. All the food is homemade and fresh. If you're looking for a bigger breakfast, the broccoli quiche and the croissant breakfast sandwiches are great choices. For a quick snack, the cranberry muffins are very tasty. As for drinks, you can't go wrong with a strong cup of black coffee. And the chai lattes are more flavorful than most! The line can get long on weekend mornings, but its worth the wait. Their baked goods are top notch with a wide variety of scones, muffins, and pastries offered daily. Cup & Crumb is fantastic! The two employees working behind the counter were kind and friendly. They were patient with me as I explained the severe allergies my 4/yo cousin has to deal with. The poor girl has a dairy, peanut and tree nut allergy, and they were more than willing to make her a yummy oatmilk hot chocolate, while also taking all precautions necessary to prevent cross-contamination. She didn't even break out into a rash! She loved it. My almond milk maple latte was smooth and delicious. I'm a bit of a coffee snob, but my shots were smooth, my milk was perfectly steamed, and all and all had a great experience here. Thanks Cup & Crumb, I'll be seeing you guys soon. read more

I just got back from a week in Moultonborough and so excited that I discovered this gem. I found Cup & Crumb on my second day and literally went there every day and one day went twice. Excellent selection of coffee drinks and espresso, which saves you from the horror of Dunkin' Donuts which is everywhere in NH. Their baked goods are the real centerpiece of their business - a huge variety and important for our family some gluten/grain free selections as well. We tried several and all were tasty. Best of all, their staff is friendly and welcoming, and remembered me after only my second visit. We'll be back! read more

This is our favorite coffee place! The staff is so lovely. We are all dairy free and they have many different milk options. Not to mention, their pastries, cakes (which we had custom made for a birthday party last summer) was AMAZING. I never really enjoy birthday cake but this was fluffy, not too sweet and wonderfully tasty. They make stellar americanos, mochas, and lattes. read more
