We were not greeted, not asked to wait, not acknowledged at all. We browsed for about 15 minutes when it became apparent that the group of people were friends of the employees, there was a short white guy with glasses behind the counter that was relaxed in a conversation, along with another employee. The only time we were acknowledged is as we were leaving, someone from the back yelled "take care" We are still scratching our heads to why we were refused service and completely ignored. Save yourself the frustration. Not a friendly place and they obviously don't need the business.

Full coffee bar as well. Great menu. Staff is friendly. Plenty of seating outside and a few spaces inside. Looks like the neighbors take to go but loved the option to sit outside and relax. Also and large barley section I can only assume they make on site. Ordered some cookies for the road. Not a large space but feel it's perfect for here. Loved it!!

I have got the cupcakes here a few times and have loved them each time. I've ordered chocolate and strawberry cheesecake and another time got the lime coconut cupcakes to give My new neighbors and they loved them. The eclairs are good old fashioned eclairs that my hubby loves and wish they had them all the time. The donuts look delicious and they are on my list for next time. She also has cookies and the most delectable brownies and sweet treats around. Many prepared foods in the fridge that looked popular at lunch. Then tortellini salad was yummy. A hot pizza was coming out of the kitchen when I was leaving last time. It looked so delicious so I put it on my list for next time. Employee's that work there are nice and helpful if needed. They have a nice area where you can sit and eat inside or outside if you're not on the run. I'm glad we live near here, it's one of my go to spots most of the time now.

I expected that I would at least get a call back some point Wednesday, if the message or email was not checked when they were closed, but I received no call back, so Thursday morning I called again, and left another message. I love this place…read more My husband and I make special trips to Tilton to get cupcakes when they have an especially good flavor day. They provided the cupcakes for our wedding and subsequent anniversaries and celebrations. Every cupcake has been delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the store is always clean and neat. The flavors we love the most are cookie dough, anything with peanut butter frosting, and red velvet. Their menu has expanded and the brownies and cookies are really good too. Also, it's worth noting that on our first trip in (April 2013) when my husband was in his uniform and the owner came out and thanked him for his service and offered us free cupcake cards. It was a really nice personal touch and made us happy to be supporting a local business, on top of their delicious products.

I stopped by Caroline's after breakfast for some sweet treats. They were already sold out of donuts which is probably the most popular sweet treat in NH, close to the whoopie pie. Other than Dunkin' and supermarket donuts, the popular regional donut places tend to sell out of donuts fairly quick especially my favorite donut spots in Laconia, Franklin, and Chichester. I scanned over the bakery case which had several very tempting choices. I picked out 6 treats including the Maple Walnut Cake ($6.95), Lime Square ($3), Lemon Square ($3), Maple Walnut Danish ($3), Caramel Apple Croissant ($4.25), and a Ham & Swiss Croissant ($4.25) warmed up, $24.45 total for those treats. I enjoyed some of my treats with the cup of coffee I already had from Panera as I watched the steady rain hit my windshield. As always with a small batch bakery, I highly recommend going here very early first thing when they open for best selection.

I did to-go, but there are an ample amount of tables for sitting and enjoying your beverage or one of the many delicious sounding food choices on the menu... which I browsed whilst I waited for my latte. I will definitely be back to visit Tilly for another beverage, perhaps a strawberry matcha, and something from the food menu next time I'm in NH.
