V's Sandwich is great! They are so friendly and funny and their food is delicious! We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a friendly gentleman on the bahn mi station right in front of the shop next to where you place your order. It is take out only, but there is one single table inside where you're welcome to eat if it's available. They offer bubble tea, smoothies, Vietnamese coffee, bahn mi, fresh rolls, bun (vermicelli bowl), pho and ramen. I ordered a chicken bun, my friend got a Cajun chicken banh mi and we both got Vietnamese coffee. You can watch the bahn mi being made and when the fresh roll is cut open you can see the steam come out of it from still being warm. All the ingredients are very carefully placed into the roll and it's wrapped to go. My friend ate hers while we waited for my bun so she could enjoy the fresh warmth of the roll. She loved it! My bun was great too with fresh, crisp veggies, chicken, vermicelli, basil, cilantro and topped with chopped peanuts & Sriracha because I wanted it spicy; it also came with a yummy sauce on the side. I enjoyed the coffee, but my friend found hers to be a bit too sweet for her liking. The food does take a bit long, particularly my bun, but it's made fresh & definitely worth the wait! read more

Quick stop in to support a local culinary artist. First time here. Came in for some bahn mi sandwiches. We went with one pork and one shaved beef. They have the freshest of ingredients. All food made to order. The meat was tender and perfectly marinated. The bread was so light and soft. I will be craving this place from now on. Sadly, I live an hour away. Service is amazing. Toasted French baguette, home made mayo, fresh AND pickled veggies (fresh cukes, pickled carrots and radish) with some scallions, cilantro and your favorite protein (or tofu) all in one bite? My friend got a sub and I got the salad. It came with this fish sauce that wasn't my cup of tea but your experience may differ. I also got a boba thai iced tea, but that didn't make it home because I finished it on my drive home. It was so delicious! The staff was really friendly and the food was pretty good. Incredible hidden gem in downtown Tilton. I knew it would be good when I strolled in at around 3:30 and there was a healthy flow of people coming in and out. I ordered the tofu banh mi which was an incredible deal. The flavors were so delicious and worked really well together. The lemon flavor of the tofu added such a freshness to the sandwich. I'm not a huge fan of cilantro, but it fit perfectly in the flavor profile and I thoroughly enjoyed it this time. They are doing an amazing job of sharing their culture and passion for food with locals and visitors alike. If you've never had a banh mi before, it's a Baguette filled with marinated meats or Vietnamese pork cold cuts, pickled carrots and daikon, Cilantro, mayo, and pate. Do yourself a favor and get one of each to try them. Add Thai chilies if you're looking to really spice it up (not for the faint of heart). Pho is the quintessential Vietnamese dish that is a hearty bone broth soup with different cuts of beef or chicken. If you're sick, have a hangover, or are just plain hungry,  get this dish. Looking for something lighter? Get the fresh spring rolls (veggies and rice noodles with your protein of choice) or bun (vermicelli rice noodle salad). I was blown away by the size of the rolls.. they were twice the size of any spring rolls I've had anywhere else. Super fresh, crispy veggies. Make sure to get them with the spicy peanut sauce- it's the best. I'm so glad we stopped here to grab a quick lunch. The owner was extremely friendly and had such a playful nature & kind soul. My family and I ordered the chicken and beef rolls and the beef pho. The rolls were fresh, crispy and flavorful. The pho was rich, luxurious, and the perfect balance of sweet and umami flavor profiles. This pho truly is the feeling of joy in a bowl.
