I almost didn't try this place but then figured, why not? I'm glad I did as the food here was enjoyable. The service is fine, they take your order and give you your food, but you don't otherwise interact with them. I got shrimp har gow and miso ramen. The har gow skin is a little thick but otherwise very tasty. The ramen was right sized and all the ingredients were proportionate. Is it the best broth? No, it lacks depth and umami. But it's also not over priced like most other things in this town, so it's good enough to be worth a visit while you're here. My bf and I went to the ice castle event so we figured we'd try a local business! Food - I would say that this ramen reminded me of another food review I did months ago, which also deserved a 1 star. There is no authenticity to this ramen, as it tastes like it comes from powdered tonkotsu broth packets (not homemade...). The egg, not marinated. The bamboo shoots, not marinated tasted like the canned water it lived in. The meat? Man, very strange meat, it truly had no flavor and I mostly got huge chunks of fat. Also, the portion is incredibly small, I usually don't finish my ramen but I did here, in half the time. I did order a taro milk tea, the boba was so old that it was a huge clump stuck to the side of the cup... We came here on a rainy Saturday for takeout ramen. This Boba and Ramen spot is the same owner as the Thai restaurant across the street, which is very good, so we had high hopes. What we got: Tonkasu Ramen Miso Ramen Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Both ramens we got had a disappointing amount of protein. Two very small and thin pieces of pork chashu in each. The noodles in each were overcooked. We weren't expecting a homemade broth, but for the price, I was expecting more chashu and toppings. I did appreciate they came with a whole egg. Boba Tea Garden has decent food for the area, and the drinks and appetizers were enjoyable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is nice, and it is a good casual spot to try if you are nearby.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, the ramen was disappointing if you are expecting authentic ramen. The noodles were more similar to pad Thai noodles than traditional ramen noodles and did not have the right texture. I've been here a couple of times and the noodles keep changing. The best part of ramen is the broth but is not memorable enough to carry the dish. Overall, the restaurant is probably above average for the area and the service is good, but I would not recommend it specifically for ramen. read more

I seriously love this place so much. The decor is homey and happy, the employees are sweet and attentive, and the boba is great!!! I used to drive 2 hours to Manchester to get boba because I used to live in Phoenix and they had boba everywhere- now living in the White Mountains you just can't find it (if you want milk tea with brown sugar boba) so it's a blessing to have this place so close to my house. Please give them a try if you're even slightly interested in boba tea, it's SO worth the stop!!!!!
