I last minute asked for a matching manicure bc I loved the glitter polish I chose for my pedi. My technician didn't seem to mind but I felt the mani was rushed. My toes are packed with shiny glitter with at least three or four layers. On my fingernails, only two layers and you can see my nail beds. Idk if we'll be back, overall decent service.

The lady only painted my nails. She did not cut my nails, did not cut or clean my cuticles, and skipped the foot spa water completely. When I tried to explain that this was not what I asked for, the lady said she was just following what the manager told her. She then talked to the manager, and they laughed, which made me feel mocked and disrespected. The nail color looks good, but the service was not what I requested, and the way I was treated was upsetting. He used the drill with way too much pressure to remove my gel. It was so intense that it felt hot and painful. I've been getting gel manicures for decades, so I know how it should feel. He clearly over-filed my natural nails. By the time I realized it, my nails were paper-thin. I was honestly at a loss for words!! After all my nail broke the very next day. When I went back to get it fixed next day, He was aggressive and refused to admit he over-filed them. They said Your nails were already thin to begin with. That's all. Excuse me? I've had gels for decades--I know exactly how thick my natural nails are. The front desk is always arrogant and rude as well.
