I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The entire appointment was painful from start to finish. The technician was extremely rough, and I was uncomfortable the whole time. What bothered me even more was that instead of focusing on what I asked for, they kept trying to upsell me and convince me to get a completely new set and additional services just so I would spend more money. In the end, I wasn't happy with the result at all. The nails did not turn out the way I wanted, the process was painful, and I felt pressured into spending more. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon read more

A friend and co worker always go here and comes back having beautiful nails. However, I went there last night and this was not my experience. I thought I picked something very simple (gel airbrushed French tips) I left with thick, uneven, and painful nails. There was so much white overspray on my skin, I still have it a day later. They also filed so deep that blood began to show on 2 fingers. It wasn't the shape, color or anything like the picture I showed her. I do not want to say her name because she was a very sweet lady. But I wasted $100 dollars and I was there for 3hrs. As soon as I got home, I went to work removing the nails. It took me another 3hrs. To remove. My natural nails are now damaged. I am sad and I hope others do not have this same experience. read more
