They are open late until 11 PM, which is an absolute game-changer when every other nail salon is closed and you need your nails fixed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They take walk-ins, and even if you call ahead, you might have to wait a little bit--but they let you wait in their incredibly relaxing massage chairs, so I didn't mind at all! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also immediately asked for my name and actually called me by it throughout my visit, which was such a lovely, personalized touch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hygiene is also big here; they actually open the sterilized tool pack right in front of you, which gave me total peace of mind. To top it off, they offer complimentary water and free sodas. I got a deluxe pedicure ($20 extra, but 100% worth it) from Donna. She was so, so sweet! She really took her time and gave me not one, but *two* amazing massages. Madam did my manicure--she was actually the original manicurist who welcomed me in and got me settled in the massage chairs. She was very nice, made great conversation, and did fast, excellent work. They actually have bolster pillows for the manicures, which made a huge difference for me. My back normally hurts after sitting for a long time, but Madam was so quick and that pillow was so comfortable that I felt great the whole time! There wasn't a massage included with the manicure, which I usually like, but she was so efficient that it didn't even matter. Plus, they use double UV nail dryers/gel curators, which made the process super quick! I got a Gel-X manicure and a matching pedicure using shade #190 from the Cloud Gel sample book, and they look perfect. The polish started to separate and she hurried me to put one nail at a time on the UV light. I got exactly the same thing as the first time I thought I absolutely loved my first set that was done by a different technician than the second set, but he was no longer there anymore so I went with a different person, I love the second site even more than the first set The first time I went and I also got a pedicure. They do a really great job. You can pretty much just walk in or at least all the times I walked in and I got lucky and I get seen right away. I think that they have quality work and I love the decor inside the only reason why I'm doing a four-star is because on my initial visit I didn't get to use the 20% off coupon and don't really understand why. I was told I can use it on the second visit which was written on a business card and ended up losing that card so I didn't get to use it on my second visit either, which I should've been able to use it on the first. That is the only negative to my visit was me not getting a discount. They have a very clean bathrooms. Everything is absolutely clean with so many colors to choose from everyone. The service is super friendly. They offer you drinks while you're waiting and getting your work done. I even told my coworker about this place and then she laughed and said that she comes here too, but she didn't share that information with me so here. I am sharing it with all of you. I used to love this place and was a very loyal customer until I got fungus and they refused to admit any fault or take responsibility. I went in for more normal manicure and pedicure. When the lady took my gel off the nails looked sick. They tried to cover up with more gel, but I knew something was wrong and I refused service. I haven't gotten a pedicure any where else in a while and I don't walk around barefoot. I am a very clean person. There is no other place I would have gotten it. Beware of their sanitation practices. As a business you should care for your customers health and wellness when you are providing these services. Found this place because I just moved close to the area, they had a 4.8 rating on Google and when I called to ask if they had time for a walk in for a full set and gel pedicure they got me in right away. I got serviced by eva who did my nails and Donna who did my pedicure. Both were very great! Service was awesome! I showed eva an inspiration picture of what I wanted and she did just that. I figured I'd check out the Solon since it was close to my house. When I walked in there were no clients in the space. I wanted to just get some information on their pricing. There was an Asian male I perceived one of the owner, was showing several contractor around and was telling them what and where he wanted something. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Asian lady that is there most of the time was stand in the back of the shop. I think she is also one of the owners too. She made eye contact with me and turned her back to me. The Asian lady close to me got up and walked the sink in the back of the store. Now two of the Asian women are ignoring me.
