So I found this place while waiting for my son to get out of program. When I got there they all said hello very nice people not busy at all. I came in for a full set and pedi. They started the pedi, first the water was not warm at all. The lady asked do I like it I said no it's not warm.. didn't get fixed. Okay cool I'm already here feet used to the chill let's just get this over with. I told her I need the top my toe nail filer it was bumpy not sure why prob the dumb work shoes. I put the massager on and zoned out she is starting on my feet I tell her I want the Callous removed, ( they never gave me a list what is offered in the pedi) she got the yellow sponge did that and went on to apply the nail polish. She did a coat put it in the uv light asked if I like I said no. I'm upset, she never did the callous removal and she never filed my nails and my cuticles looked the same. I know me I can speak up but the place was so small and very little ppl I didn't want to be that person. I kindly told her this is done and started out my shoes on she called the owner and the owner was no help she started get a little louder and I said look I'm not about the drama and I have money take this 30 and have a good day. I left. I will never go back. I hate when people don't listen to the customer. I didn't care what the price was I needed/wanted what I needed/wanted. I went in this place this afternoon to get my toes done. As I sat down I over hear the lady next to me clearly upset. The guy doing her toes was talking back to the customer as if she was complaining to much. Come to find out the lady that was suppose to do my toes told this lady that the yellow she picked didn't match her skin color. I was floored!!! So much that I didn't know what to say and can't imagine how that lady felt inside. Btw it looked awesome on her. So as much as my toes needed to be done and my schedule was tight to get them done. I recently stopped by and I got a full set from Mike. He was very professional and my nails looked great and lasted 3 weeks so far without lifting or breaking. His touch was very gentle. My nails weren't burning from the drill which typically happens to me. I did go home and add foil and a gel top coat. Due to the salon charging an additional $17 for gel polish. My friend got a full set from a lady I do not know her name. Her nails looked fabolous, considering that her full set cost $80 since they charge additional for gel polish, designs, and shaping nails into stilettos. read more

I found this nail shop by chance. I needed my nails done and I popped in because there was a China One restaurant next to it and I was starving. The nail technician's name is Mike and he is fabulous. I love that he does the french tips acrylic nails the old school, and can also offer hombre. He made my nails look beautiful! Now I drive clear across Vegas to have my nails taken care of by him. Nice tile work, clean, plenty of nail stations and pedicure stations. I want to say there were 10 of each of the stations. The visit was today (Saturday) and there was plenty of staff to keep up with customers. My friend and I didn't have to wait, and we were able to sit next to each for both the manicure and pedicure. My nail technician was Anna for hands and feet. I liked her and would definitely request her in the future. She was very friendly & offered the three tiers of pedicures, but did not pressure for the upsells and assured whichever choice would be a nice experience. I opted for the Lux pedicure and the basic manicure. She paid attention to detail, was concerned if something hurt, made sure there wasn't any leftover cuticle or nail polish, etc. Prices were comparable to other salons. read more

So, yesterday, I came in to have my nails done as I gave done for the greater part of at least two years. The man who attended me had put one of my acrylic nails on and it seemed very brittle but I didn't pay it any attention. Upon arriving home later that night, it broke so I went back for a replacement. The woman who sits in the first chair asked what I did to break it (not even a few hours after having it put on) and offered to just paint my natural nail. What kind of service is that??
