I came in 30mins after they opened and they were super convenient and super sweet about me coming in early as I did. Tammy was the best that I've ever came across in a nail salon and they're really lucky to have her. As soon as she came in, she apologized for being late but I reassured her that she is fine and she could take her time to settle in. No lie, the winds were blowing this day and I knew everyone was trying to get to where they were going to safely. She did such an amazing job on my pedicure and was super careful with applying everything on. I honestly wish I could put her in my pocket and bring her with me to Cali - LOL! This is literally going to be my to go to for pedicure if Tammy is still there. Don't be cheap with your girl with tip because you will not be disappointed at. Other than that, service was GREAT and the vibe of everything else was GREAT too. read more

Looooove this place. I had Sun she is warm and even though she speaks a little English (she's Vietnamese) we communicate... lol whether through pictures, or her asking a coworker. She's very friendly and does a beautiful job and pays attention to detail.. I only get gel pedicures.. been there several times with ingrown nails or broken big toe (which Tammy fixed with a lil acrylic) like a dentist lol this place is my go to so far. I got a French gel pedicure this price was $60 which I think is affordable. The salon is open late which I also love because I am not a morning person on my day offs. Walked in for pedicure. The people were nice and cheery; the place was clean and the young woman who did my pedicure did a great job on my feet. My heels were in need of attention and she got them smooth and soft again and she took great care with my toenails because they're short and sometimes hard to polish. Highly recommend this place. read more

Didn't get the name of my tech, but she was so accommodating and thorough and sweet. I came in 45 mins before closing and they had no problem squeezing me in. My French pedi was $57 not including tip and I think it was worth it. I wasn't expecting to like this place as much as I did. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back :) read more

Okay customer service. The lady with thick curly hair was sick and I was her last client of the day but no excuses. My nails are poorly done, very messy and she was not going to clean the extra gel under my nails until I asked. Did not realize until I got home that she charged $55 for toes and $75 for nails and gave me back $65 out of $200. Wrong change and I even tipped out of courtesy. I would not come back or tipped knowing she took more for herself. read more

This was a random visit to this nail salon and I had a great experience. Long story short, I forgot to put top gel coat on my right hand before heading to Vegas and it was driving me nuts! So we called and asked if they would do it and how much would they charge, they said $5 and I found it more than reasonable. When we arrived, Truong looked at my nails and said "... what happened!?". Yeahhh my nails (without a top coat) were magnets for dust and lint and it must be quite a sight. He went ahead and cleaned up the mess, did some minor filing and applied two top coats on both hands. As I looked at my nails I felt instant gratification. Both hands looked perfect and that made my day. Thanks Truong for making my trip much more enjoyable! read more

I was very happy to find this nail salon on a Yelp search. I was looking for a place open late that wasn't sketchy. The reviews were good so my fiancé and I gave it a try and we were very satisfied with our 9:00 PM pedicure appointments. They did not rush through our service at all. I received the upgraded pedicure from Q and it was above average with a great massage, hot stones, paraffin wax, and a lotion to take home. I also noticed a few people doing detailed design work if that is something you're looking for. Prices are more than fair for the convenience and quality they offer. I have been to J Nails & Spa a handful of times now and have had a few different nail technicians. Q gave me one of the BEST pedicures I have gotten in a long time! He was not only very interested in what I wanted and needed from my pedicure, but he gave a great massage of my legs and feet! He was also very funny and easy to talk to! Came here for the first time a couple days ago, I'd definitely return. Had a 2pm pedicure appointment w/ my husband and we were sat in our massage chairs a minute after arriving. I always get a french pedi & everywhere else I go they make the line too thick so I always have to ask them to adjust. This the first time it was perfect right away. Do NOT go here! PLEASE. It's unsanitary and their staff is HORRIBLE. The man cut me on 6 fingers and I left bleeding on two. Blood was gushing out and when I came back in to ask for a bandaid... he aggressively wanted to put some glue on it to stop the bleeding. I refused and they started saying nasty things about me in Vietnamese ( I guess they didn't think I could understand?) Regardless, I have never been to such a bad nail salon!!! Nisa's business popped up as one of my top 3 places, and when I inquired with her, I was able to book an appointment right away :D the price was almost as good as the original place I'd go to. I believe Nisa has her own website that will show how much she quotes on her services, but you can always text/call her to ask as she's super approachable and friendly. I specifically came to her for Brazilian sugar waxing only, although she is more well known for lash extensions. In order to book an appointment with Nisa, you'll have to put a down payment of $50 + tax first. Only contactless payment because of COVID, so she'll take Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable but it can be used towards either the service or you can leave it there and use it towards booking your future appointments. (For example, I Venmo her $50 for booking fee, once I meet her to do my $70 Brazilian sugar waxing, I only have to Venmo her $20 after our session is done.) It is cheaper when you are doing maintenance on your Brazilian sugar waxing (coming in every 4 weeks), and it does grow back very slowly! Nisa is super flexible with scheduling appointments, and she'll always text you a reminder when your appointment date is near! I love her sense of humor, she's like a cool mom hahaha. Upon arriving for every session she will check your temperature and have you fill out a COVID checklist form. Make sure you don't book an appointment with her if you had travelled or was exposed to COVID in the last 30 days or so, it doesn't hurt to ask first about it. Wearing your mask is required throughout your session and she sanitizes every single thing, just incase you're wondering how her business is operating during COVID! Currently (from my knowledge) she is only operating her studio at one location, on Dillingham Blvd and another location in Ewa Beach. I'll continue to visit her for as long as I can since I'm always satisfied with her work :)

She's great with answering back by text, punctual, professional but so damn easy to talk to (while getting waxed! It's a skill she's got I tell you) it's all green flags over here.
