This was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. Kristen acted like she didn't even want to be there, rushed everything, and still somehow took forever. My nails came out lumpy, crooked, and already peeling off an hour later. The tools didn't even look clean, and the whole place felt unprofessional. I left annoyed and embarrassed that I wasted my money here. If you care even a little about your nails, avoid this place completely. read more

Highly recommend Linh! Lin is always available, super friendly, and incredibly professional. Her work is precise and lasts beautifully. I had to jump on here and give my review finally. I have been going to this nail spot for over a year, and I specifically see Angela. She is AMAZING!!!! I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and I love that I can bring some ideas to the table and Angela does her thing! The spot is always very clean, the team is friendly, and the vibe is relaxed. I usually go with my friend that recommended Angela to me, so it's nice for a little girls time and I'm never disappointed. I appreciate a great nail tech that is honest, reliable, affordable (I go once a month), and very creative. I recommend making an appointment (they do take walk-ins) because these ladies stay busy. Moved here a few years ago and after years of disappointments and let downs, I finally followed my mind and went to Aroma Nails with my husband. It's everything we had been looking for. I met Kristine and fell in love. She was super welcoming and even thanked us for letting Aroma earn our business. That was impressive because not only was the service GREAT, and the mani pedi exactly what we wanted but NONE of the nail shops here have thanked us as paying customers for allowing them to earn our business. 10/10 recommend anyone to Aroma Nails!! My sister and I have gone to this place three separate times in the past couple months and I wouldn't think to book anywhere else! Anytime we've gone it's always been very welcoming from start to finish. The nail techs take their time to make sure they give you exactly what you want and leave satisfied. Great first time here. I called around 11am to make an appointment and they had availability this afternoon. I was immediately greeted upon entering and everyone was friendly. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure - they had a lot of colors to choose from and a great selection. I ended up getting the deluxe pedicure and my feet feel so smooth now. They were also able to do the nail art I requested and it was a great price for the service. Definitely will be coming here again! read more

I really want to like this salon but service is very hit or miss. I came in early on a Sunday without an appt and sat down right away. They have a ton of polish options, the salon is clean, and I've liked how my nails come out most of the time but today was not one of those times. I can understand and speak conversational Vietnamese but usually don't mention it since I like keeping to myself. The techs are very nice to clients but they do gossip a bit in Vietnamese. The first nail tech filed my nails and kept trying to convince me to just get a fill because she didn't want to do the extra work to remove my old set. They were all breaking and I really needed a fresh set but she kept talking in Vietnamese to the other techs "ugh her nails look fine but she's being difficult. I don't have time for this. I have other appointments." She ended up complaining so much that another nail tech took over. Second nail tech also tried to convince me to get a fill which I again said no I'd like a full set. First tech just complained about her late appt and other clients the whole time I was getting my nails done. Gel Full Set with Removal came out to $70+tip. The polish is bubbly and the length of all my nails are uneven. Probably won't be back. read more

My feet were in need of some pampering after 2-1/2 months of the Stay At Home/Work From Home order in Honolulu. Having just arrived in Las Vegas, I found out the nail salons have actually been open since Mother's Day. While having lunch in Chinatown, I turned to Yelp in search of a spa pedicure place nearby and came across Bellagio Nail Spa. I called to make an appointment for two (Walk-ins not available), and then received a confirming text which included the name of the salon, address, and appointment time. Randy greeted us upon entering and asked us to, "Sign your life away!" and "Choose a paint color." He said, "Blue for your husband, right?" I replied, "No, purple with glitter." Hehe. At that point I just knew we were going to have a hoot with Randy! I immediately noticed the salon was set-up for social distancing. Plexiglass between some of the pedi spa chairs, as well as in between the tech and customer at the mani stations. In addition, Randy mentioned he took the sofa away, and can't accept large parties. So, if you're coming in solo or as a party of two, you're in! As far as the service, we each chose the $35 pedi since we desired "baby bottom smooth" heels and ended up in the solid massage chairs for about an hour. Good convo, very clean & sleek looking salon, nice technique, and great service overall. We will definitely be back! Especially since they're currently running a 15% discount on all services. read more

I just moved to Las Vegas and have been in search of a nail salon. It's never easy to find the right nail salon especially since I usually only get pedicures. I think that most nails salons cater to full sets and gel nails. Therefore the pedicure services tend to lack in talent and are usually rushed. Thankfully I was paired the nail tech, Christine. I have very sensitive skin and Christine took my concerns seriously. She made recommendations of their pedicure packages and even brought out the treatment boxes for me to read the ingredients. I chose the "Green Tea" package and it was perfect! My tired feet now feel refreshed and beautiful! My daughter got gel nails from a nail tech named, Ivy. She was sweet and ensured that my daughter got exactly the design she asked for. The ambiance is calming, free of strong chemical smells, and more quiet than other nail salons. You can tell that the nail tech staff and front desk manager all get along well. I highly recommend this Aroma Nail Salon. You'll be greeted by the friendly and professional front desk manager. I've been going to this place for a couple months now for pedicures and every time I go the nail techs do a fantastic job! My nails always come out defined and clean cut!Definitely worth giving this place a try! This last time I went I also got my nails done by Angela a nail tech at Aroma nails! I walked in with big chunky nails and she took her time removing them and perfecting the new set that was applied! Her art work was very detailed and precise! I've been looking for a place to do my nails . I always do full set, bt I'm trying to find somewhere that will be very good . Unfortunately Aroma nails is not a place that I will go back. Since it's close from my place I wanted to go .Also checked the reviews on Google, the reviews were showing they were pretty good with nice ratings. Since last week some of my were hurting, even though I didnt hit anywhere or hurt/injured any of them. I was feeling a pressure and pain on my fingers. So, my nails came off yesterday after 2 weeks and half and I really started to cry how the pain got worse and how my real nails were looking like..... my real nails were most of them bruised, which I've never had any problems like this before. It is still very painful and I had to put nail polish on again to not look at my nails and remember how awful they look. How long it will take for my real nails to look as they were? I have no idea ... but I am never ever trying this place again. (Unfortunately, I don't have picture of my nails because u won't think about taking pictures while you're in so much pain!) read more

This is my second time here, I really like their service and also how clean they keep their store. I especially love Kristine, she's very professional and willing is help the indecisive customer like myself. She always makes great recommendations. I've been to quite a few of nail salons, they so far are the best when it comes to gel nail polishing. All the other places I went to make the nails look good but they never lasted long, usually it would last about a week before the gel started getting stuck on my hair because it wasn't done right. I was impressed when I came in the first time and the gel ended up lasting for 3 weeks and still looking good, no chipping and definitely did not get stuck in my hair. I found this little shop on Yelp as a last minute search for a manicure/pedicure as I was in dire need. I read the reviews, not to mention they give 30 off your first visit. I requested Tina do my gel manicure and she was pleasant, happy and super sweet. The owner keeps it very clean and sanitized. My pedicure was done by Mimi and I really enjoyed it. I did the hot stone pedicure, which is $50 and my nails full priced would have been $50 also. All in I paid $70 plus tip and I was a happy girl. Stopped in with a day-of appointment here for two pedicures, and the experience was lovely. I came in to catch up with a friend while productively doing some self-care, and this was the most perfect spot to do it at. It's disappointing how some of the female nail techs are really good at what they do, but management can't get it together when it comes to scheduling/appointments. Last time I had to wait past my appointment for my pedi but it's okay since I had some extra time. But today, I walked out 25 mins after my appointment time since no one was available to service me & I had to go to my next appointment by 3:30. read more

Had me wash my hands upon arriving, was seated and handed the color books right away. I got a regular pedicure with gel and Anna did an amazing job! My toes are very happy! Place looks super clean and I love the decoration. I got there for my appointment at 1:45, and they got busy very fast. So I definitely suggest booking an appointment! The staffs are very rude!!! Not sure why the staffs at many nail places thinks we (those who doesn't understand their language) are a bunch of idiots that doesn't know they are talking shit! They look at you, then start laughing and talk amongst each other. This is exactly what happened when I was there. They kept looking at me, laughing, and talking in their language. It was very rude! They were so loud as well! Do they not know that the customers are the ones that keeps their businesses open?! I have never felt so awkward and disrespected I don't recommend this place at all! Got dip nail powder + tips added after months of taking a break from it. Kristine did an amazing job, I love the coffin shape, even length to each nail, and the most important part for me is the apex wasn't too bubbly or thick. She also kept my cuticles safe and not cut/teared, other salons have cut me to the point I bled, so I'm very grateful for her work today! I asked for ombré and this is the shit I got!!! WTF!!! EW!! From the moment I walked in I was not even greeted. The lady who did my nails kept yanking my hands. She was SO irritated with me for NO reason. I told her "you've been rude since I got here... if you don't want to do my nails just tell me." She was hurting my fingers because she was being aggressive with my NAILS. I got upset when I saw how they looked at the end. I told her this is not ombré! What is this crap! I showed her a picture of how ombré looking and everything! After that... she started to laugh at me. I told the lady "are you seriously laughing at me because I'm upset?" and she laughed again! I told her I'm going to call my mother... I couldn't believe the treatment I was getting! I have 90,000 followers on Instagram and I definitely will let all my followers in Vegas know to NEVER come here! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! read more

The lady only painted my nails. She did not cut my nails, did not cut or clean my cuticles, and skipped the foot spa water completely. When I tried to explain that this was not what I asked for, the lady said she was just following what the manager told her. She then talked to the manager, and they laughed, which made me feel mocked and disrespected. The nail color looks good, but the service was not what I requested, and the way I was treated was upsetting. Being deaf, clear communication and respect are very important, and I did not feel either here. I would not return and do not recommend this salon.

He used the drill with way too much pressure to remove my gel. It was so intense that it felt hot and painful. I've been getting gel manicures for decades, so I know how it should feel. He clearly over-filed my natural nails. By the time I realized it, my nails were paper-thin. I was honestly at a loss for words!! After all my nail broke the very next day. When I went back to get it fixed next day, He was aggressive and refused to admit he over-filed them. They said Your nails were already thin to begin with. That's all. Excuse me? I've had gels for decades--I know exactly how thick my natural nails are. The front desk is always arrogant and rude as well. If you value your nail health and want to be treated with respect, stay away!
