From the moment we walked in we were greeted, but the little fat reception lady that sits at the front desk to collect payment has a nasty attitude and she's very rude and condescending just based off how she was talking to people. My nails were horrible. They had to do my nails over. My nails were big and thick I only got a friend tip and he couldn't even do that right but considering this was my first time there they charge me extra to do a French tip without explaining to me the pricing so if I use more polish, it's less so not once they showed me a price board or explain to me that'll be more so basically for a basic French tip it was $75 plus I have never been anywhere and a friendship cost more than 60 bucks that's outrageous especially I was using my real nails I basically used regular polish. I didn't get any fake nails nor acrylic just basic will I ever recommend this place to anybody no way after I paid I explained to them I was not happy and I started to see the front reception desk, lady attitude, more more as if she was more frustrated that I didn't like my nails and all she could do is talk about prices not once. Did she customer service me to fix the situation even when I showed her how bad my nails were and let her know I was not happy I had to complain to another worker to get better service. I am thankful the other gentleman stepped up and said some to the manager, but even her after she did my nails, she was rushing and did a rush job as well. It wasn't what I wanted either it still was paint under and on the side of my nails from the previous color Because she was rushing as well how bad my nails look right now you guys I would never recommend this place and I didn't want to show the pictures because it is horrible.
