I got a pedi yesterday I have been here many times but this time I was charged for gel and chrome and to fix 2 toenails and I paid for the pedi $65 one with hot stone and paraffin wax normally they do amazing didn't do my hot stone sat in the wax for a while cause she had an appointment come in gotta say was the worst $95 spent I have referred many there but guess time to fine new place and my feet r ruff and still have dry dead skin read more

Very disappointed in my experience. I went because it was recommended to me. However, my experience was not the most pleasant. The place was empty and I was not made to feel welcomed in or greeted. I asked for a simple chrome gel polish. The lady that started my nails did not what she was doing and kept messing up. She was taking so long, that my friend who came with had been sitting with me after she got her gel Mani done too. Eventually, the lady gave up and sent me to another lady. She finished my nails, the color is nice but my nail beds were covered in white and chrome polish. They didn't even take the time to clean them up nicely. I asked her to remove a huge chunk of polish off my finger tip and even then it wasn't fully removed. I'm not one for confrontation so I just made my peace with it. Not loving my experience. Needed a quick pedi close to home I got in same day/time walk in so that was nice , did feel a bit rushed gel polish was slapped on quick no attention to detail or cleaning of the cuticle very flooded at least they look okay from far away , not much difference between a deluxe and a regular pedicure in my opinion compared to what you can get at other places . I got a simple pedicure with acrylic last month and tried to take the acrylic off and as I thought when I was getting them done, the stylist (older lady) glued the nail to my skin. When I made my situation clear to the owner/manager they didn't waive the fee or try to make it correct so I paid $103 total for the tech to give me the WRONG shape, size, design AND the service was terrible. I now have 1 big toe with half a nail torn off and the other has fungus growing under which has never happened in my 20 years of getting my feet pedicured. I would NEVER go back this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had, and they were so rude. When I expressed my concerns they started talking in their native tongue so I couldn't understand. AND the owner is online passive aggressively harassing anyone that disagrees with their service instead of fixing the issue! How nasty of a BUSINESS with classless taste. read more

I discovered Trendy Nails via the Yelp app and have not been disappointed. They keep the nail salon clean, organized and Emily responds to any request or appointments in a timely manner. Not to mention I show her a picture of what I want on my nails and she typically mirrors it flawlessly. She's kind, quick and soft spoken but knows her trade. This place is a hit or miss. I have gotten great gel manicures here. However, today I went in for a regular mani and pedi. I couldn't have been there more than 35-40 minutes. I felt very rushed. I enjoy the relaxing time of getting pampered. No attention was given to the length of my toenails. She only trimmed 4 or 5, so my nails are all different lengths. She made 3 or 4 swipes across the tops of my fingernails, again, very rushed. In addition, I told her I didn't like the color I picked out for my fingers...before she applied the polish. I asked is she had something a little more clear, with a pink tint. She said this color was good and put it on anyway. I will be looking for a new salon. read more

We came in last Saturday and paid for two pedicures and one gel manicure + full set and it was pretty expensive. The lady promoted the most expensive pedicure and I was a bit disappointed. Although the scrub, lotion, and hot towel felt nice, I didn't think my feet looked any better than when I came in. My toenails were shaped unevenly, the (regular) nail polish was put on messy, and the lady even cut my skin. As for my manicure & full set, I was a bit weirded out. I left that place thinking my nails looked meh and realized my fingers were covered in acrylic residue, which was a bit annoying to remove. I had an engagement shoot to go to that night and was so bummed that my nails didn't look great. The nails weren't coated evenly, my thumb was not fully covered, the middle finger was cut and felt raw after she went over it numerous times with the nail file and drill, and clearly she put gel polish too far down the nail. Overall, the nails just don't look great. No disrespect to the lady who did my nails, but she was older and a bit shaky with her movements. Perhaps doing nails isn't ideal anymore. read more

Not coming back. Place is not clean and craftsmanship is really poor. I didn't see the tools get pulled out from a vacuum sealed pouch like most places so I don't think they were sanitized. Walls, floors and their material rolly caddy were all messy. I should've left and went somewhere else. See pictures below at the quality of the manicure. I went back and asked them to fix it and they still left polish on my skin. I got a gel manicure with designs and pedicure which came out to $80. I tipped $15 which I'm already regretting. Emily, the manicurist kept being on her phone. Not sure if it was an emergency but more attention was paid to her phone than my manicure. read more

i came in to get hard gel on my nails i was sat a table to wait for assistance by daniel which is my first time there he did not speak to me at all until i asked why did make the hard gel so thick he said they are not thick and went on to drill them thinner just horrible by the end of the day my nail was separating from the gel i went back the next day and he made up every excuse why they were lifting i will never go back im so disappointed and embarrassed of how my nails look. read more

I've been to this place a few times. If you get gel mani/pedi I would have to say they do a good job. I usually only get regular nail polish mani's and pedi's due to gel leaving my fingernails paper thin and the time spent on removing the gel. Each time I have gotten regular nail polish my color is chipped the next day and flakes off. They seem to thin the polish because it has only happened like this after getting nails done there. People are nice but part of the price is to get nail polish that is not so diluted that it comes off immediately. For this reason I would not go unless getting gel. read more
