Absolutely terrible. I went in for a fill. I left with numerous bleeding cuts, painful cuticles, messy gel polish, crooked nails that weren't crooked prior to this fill. It was dirty inside, which should've been my first notion to turn around and leave but most nail salons like this don't scream clean so I tried it. One of the cuts had a glass-like (probably acrylic) bead stuck inside so I had to tweeze it out only to begin bleeding again. Oh, and after my cuticles were bleeding, the tech still used the communal oil brush on me. I went home and immediately disinfected my hands, but please be aware what you're walking into with this business. do NOT come to this nail salon to get your eyebrows waxed, I came here with my daughter and they were very rude, a woman named "Mimi " told her to sit down and she then got her eyebrows waxed and they waxed a chunk too much out of one of her eyebrows. Natalie has done my nails perfectly, and exactly how I envisioned them. But she has a terrible attitude. Here in the picture, you can see my French nails (they're a tiny bit outgrown). Classic nails, simple, not complicated at all. I came in for a refill and specifically requested Natalie since she did such a good job of my first set with her. When I told her I wanted French nails again, she sort of rolled her eyes and sighed. She then did my nails and rushed through the process. I know I'm not a rude customer; I'm a typical, quiet, GenZ customer. I tip like normal too, so I'm not sure what was that about? I got regular pedi and mani. But pedi was number 3. More massage and care for calluses?? I asked for hot water to soak!! She ran more cold. I asked again. More cold. She slapped a little lotion on my legs!! No massage. Started working on right toe. With a dry file. Hmmm toe bled a drop? If that. The look of panic was unbelievable!! Has she never seen blood? She was shaking, slapped polish on in a hurry!! I asked for nail art!! She looked at me like I was nuts?? She put a tiny yellow heart!! Nothing more?? Moved me to manicure chair!! Did nothing with cuticles? No trim? No cleanup? Slapped polish on, was shaking like she had Parkinson's?? I walked home after paying $65 for a shitty pedi, no massage, no Massage on hands or arms? Walked over a mile home sat on sunny patio for five hours, put shoes and sox on after five plus hours in sun, danced for three hours, took sox off, both toes (big) toes were stuck to sox? Honest review. I got my very first gel manicure at another salon. My friend raved about Angel's so I thought I'd give them a try. I only got a pedi when I went and Brenton did a fabulous job! Then came the time for a new gel mani, so I went again. I waited 45 min (I was a walk in). Another guy did my gel mani. It took him another 45 min and he was shaking. Got home a put on my glasses, it was HORRIBLE! No cuticle treatment, flooded cuticles, French white was bleeding onto the sides of the nail. I called and spoke to Kim (Mgr) . She wanted a pic, so I sent it. I went a couple days later and spoke to her daughter. She wanted to argue with me. She finally agreed to fix them and was NOT happy about it. I'm going to give it 1 more shot. Will update review afterwards. read more

I'm really upset at this place, it felt dirty, the water bowl where I dipped my nails felt slimy, my cuticle got super sensitive and it never happens. Also the design I asked for vs what I got is just ugly. I tried to tell them to fix it but they just kept making it uglier. I'm very displeased with the overall service, ambiance, and result. I paid $120 for pedi and mani. Go somewhere else it's not the best place, very overpriced for a very poor job. I'm giving. It two stars for it being no wait time but now I get why. I will not come back. Two weeks later and I had to come back to leave a review this place damaged my cuticle and gave me a fungus on my nails do not come here! Honestly, will not be back. There seems to be an issue with cleanliness and sanitization at this place. You could tell they do not clean in between clients or anything. My nail tech used instruments on me that had previously been used on another client, nail file, nail bits, nail buffer, etc. The biggest thing that turned me away was as they were waiting for me to pick my color they used the cuticle cutter to scrape out the grim under their own finger nails and put it away. I thought it was fine, maybe it's a personal one, until they started to paint my nails wanted to trim my cuticles. They grabbed the same one they were using to scrape the dirt out from under their nails and went to try and cut my cuticles?? Absolutely not that is disgusting. This same nail tech also burned me multiple times with the nail drill. I have never had to pull my hands always from a tech when the bit gets hot until today. I left without finishing my nails. I would never recommend this place. I loved the tech I went to before this time but my experience that happened this time turned me away for good. A good nail technician is hard to find!!! I went to this place , last minute cause it was convenient and I needed a fill and pedicure before work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON . The guy cut my toe nail at the nail bed and did not put anything on it, everything was done with an electric dremel tool resulting in these hideous , 1980's THICK square block azz looking nails. The pedi was done with plain water in the bowl, no fragrance or moisturizing blue stuff..just plain old water. $40.00 + the typical upsell for gel. He failed to put top coat on the polish. We then went to the nail station. When it was time to wash my hands..I returned to his station and left a cash tip. The guy took the cash and did not say "thank you" or anything I said "hey, I gave you a tip" he still said nothing. I then said "did you hear me, I gave you a tip" the guy said yes and kept on with the nails. He never asked what shape I wanted and appeared to be in a rush or tired .I don't know. This place must be under new owners and are struggling to keep the doors open . The previous owners technicians did a great job , so much so that they had to turn people away at times. Hoped this would be my go to place but Heck No! Went in for a full set and was done in 15 mins. My nails are full of bumps. I did say I wanted square nails but they could have at least filed the underside a little. These can scratch the heck out of you. Going to have to file them myself. What a waste of money! $40 for a shitty simple gel! The water to soak my hands was cold. He did all the trimming and filing before soaking. So what was the point of the soak? Nothing to rest your wrists on so I'm just awkwardly holding my hands up in a tiny bowl. The guy (Michael? Not 100% sure) didn't even my nails so a few of them are long and some of them are short. One of my nails was chipped, and he just slightly filed the chip. Didn't bother to make the nail look round so it's lopsided. The gel is SO UNEVEN. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY... Firstly I got Kevin, I told him the basic design I wanted which was almond shaped black french tip with pink base.... The shape is good BUT he didn't put the pink base and I told him I didn't want sparkle nail polish and he gave that to me anyway.. The black tips don't look good.... And there are bubbles in the gel he applied... The nails aren't smooth they have bumps all through them... I paid $55 plus tip ending total $63 and they don't even look good.... And these were THE CHEAPEST set they do. This is the worst set I've gotten in years and for the price DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. RESPONSE TO OWNER: well I paid $63 after tip so It sounds like I was undercharged, it also sounds like there's a communication issue inside of the salon. I am confused as to how you made things clear? Being as you didn't mention any of the other errors I listed in my review it's clear that my review pinched a nerve with you. Welp, my search for a good nail tech continues. I read the reviews for this salon and I took a chance on this salon. I booked with Brenton because he seemed to have good reviews. When I got there for my 10:00 appt, he had someone else in his chair. I was told it would be about 15 minutes. No biggie. I do not know if he was rushing because he was behind or if it was his usual demeanor. He was moving so fast that it made me dizzy. Of course in rushing, there were mistakes. He cut under my finger with the toenail clippers when he was cutting my natural nails off. I had to ask him if I could wash the blood from under my finger. He was continuing on as my finger was dripping blood. He did get up and wash his hands when I did, but he would not have stopped if I did not ask. He was friendly. I will give him that. The end result is I was sent out with one nail that was not buffed smooth and acrylic all over my hands. Needless to say, I would not return to him. The price was good and the work was mediocre. read more

I got a gel pedicure which was $55 plus i tipped ,but the job was okay . My toe nails weren't straight and the bottom of feet were still peeling they didn't do a good job on the callus removal. They scrapped the top of my toes so hard my skin was red . The polish job was not good either. I would not recommend this place to my friends. read more

Natalie did an amazing job on my dip manicure... possibly the best manicure I've ever had. The facility is very clean and everyone working there was very friendly. Also, they take appointments and actually honor them unlike some places where a walk in takes your spot and now you have to wait.
